    Abstract: An efficient across-camera target re-identification method based on similarity, which obtains a plurality of matching pairs and similarity scores thereof through two groups of targets to be matched; wherein for the matching pairs that are not matched by both parties, only a part of the matching pairs with higher similarity scores are selected each time, and the matching pairs are traversed according to the order of the similarity scores thereof from large to small, and the matching pairs and the similarity scores thereof are output as a matching result; when any target to be matched in a matching pair already appears in the matching result, the target cannot be output as the matching result; unmatched matching pairs are repeated traversed until the matching result reaches the expectation. The method firstly solves the multi-target matching problem based on similarity, and greatly reduces the time complexity and improves the efficiency.

    Abstract: A neutron-capture therapy system includes a charged particle beam generation unit, a beam transmission unit and a neutron beam generation unit. The charged particle beam generation unit includes an ion source and an accelerator. The accelerator accelerates charged particles generated by the ion source, so as to obtain a charged particle beam of the required energy. The neutron beam generation unit includes a target, a beam shaping body and a collimator. The charged particle beam irradiates onto the target through the beam transmission unit to generate neutrons, which sequentially pass through the beam shaping body and the collimator to form a neutron beam for therapy. The neutron-capture therapy system is accommodated in a concrete building including an irradiation room, an accelerator chamber and a beam transmission chamber. The neutron beam generation unit is at least partially accommodated in a partition wall of the irradiation chamber and the beam transmission chamber.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of processing a substrate within an ion beam system. The substrate has a top surface that has a plurality of features, an edge and a bottom surface. The substrate is placed on a wafer stage and an energetic particle beam having a radial flux distribution over at least a portion of a major dimension thereof is ignited. The energetic particle beam is stabilized while the bottom surface of the substrate is oriented toward the major dimension of the energetic particle beam. The wafer stage with the substrate is oriented so that the top surface of the substrate is exposed to the major dimension of the energetic particle beam. After stabilization of the energetic particle beam, the plurality of features on the top surface of the substrate are exposed to the energetic particle beam in a treatment zone.

The substrate is exposed to the energetic particle beam while the wafer stage with the substrate is rotated clockwise so that the fiducial of the substrate travels a sweep distance in a clockwise direction at a first speed and the fiducial of the substrate travels the same sweep distance in a counterclockwise direction at a second speed. The exposure of the substrate to the energetic particle beam is discontinued when the number of complete/full sweeps in the clockwise direction equals the number of complete/full sweeps in the counterclockwise direction.
