    Abstract: Disclosed semiconductor device manufacturing processes improve the flatness of a passivation layer deposited above a redistribution layer (RDL). When a thin passivation layer is deposited above the RDL, its top surface tends to become very uneven due to the large gaps that typically form over the etched portions of the RDL, particularly when the RDL is disposed over an underlying super high density metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor. In order to reduce the incidence of stress concentration areas on the uneven surface, a thicker passivation layer is instead deposited to minimize gap formation therein, and a chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process is then performed to further smooth the top surface thereof. Reduction of the stress in this manner reduces the incidence of cracking of the underlying MIM, which improves the overall pass rates of semiconductor devices so manufactured.

    Abstract: To automatically evaluate the reasonable price of real estate according to the housing data, the present invention discloses a novel intelligent property evaluation system. The system includes the following components: a housing data input system, a pre-processing filter, a feature extractor, a housing price trainer, and a housing price predictor, wherein the housing price predictor further includes a regression model generator and a decision integrator. The pre-processing filter is used to filter unreasonable samples from housing data and integrate synonymous features. The feature extractor is used to choose required variables of housing price model. The housing price trainer generates housing price model which is trained by a great amount of housing data. The housing price predictor then generates a prediction by the trained model. Furthermore, to maintain the accuracy of prediction under the social evolution, the housing price predictor could be regularly or irregularly updated by a rolling-based method.

    Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition, a complementary kit and an application thereof; the pharmaceutical composition comprises pramipexole and safinamide, the mass ratio of pramipexole to safinamide being 1:300-1:30; and the pharmaceutical composition has a good curative effect and has few side effects, and effectively improve the condition of a patient. The capabilities thereof in restoring dopamine levels are better than those from using pramipexole or safinamide alone. In addition, the composition has better neuroprotective activity, and therefore damage to the dopaminergic system and the normal sensitivity of the dopamine system to dopamine agonists are reduced. The composition can restore or balance a potential unbalanced response to “increasing dopaminergic treatment” that is caused by the use of a dopamine agonist alone; the composition can reduce the amount of pramipexole when used alone so as to reduce the risk of side effects and drug resistance.

    Abstract: A wafer backside defect detection method and a wafer backside defect detection apparatus are provided. The wafer backside defect detection method includes the following steps. A peripheral edge area of a wafer backside image that at least one notch is located is cropped off. Adjacent white pixels on the wafer backside image are connected to obtain a plurality of abnormal regions. If a total area of top N of the abnormal regions is more than 10% of an area of the wafer, it is deemed that the wafer has a roughness defect. N is a natural number. If the total area of the top N of the abnormal regions is less than 1% of the area of the wafer and a largest abnormal region of the abnormal regions is longer than a predetermined length, it is deemed that the wafer has a scratch defect.

    Abstract: A fluid immersion cooling system includes a fluid tank that contains a layer of a dual-phase coolant fluid and one or more layers of single-phase coolant fluids. The dual-phase and single-phase coolant fluids are immiscible, with the dual-phase coolant fluid having a lower boiling point and higher density than a single-phase coolant fluid. A substrate of an electronic system is submerged in the tank such that high heat-generating components are immersed at least in the layer of the dual-phase coolant fluid. Heat from the components is dissipated to the dual-phase coolant fluid to generate vapor bubbles of the dual-phase coolant fluid. The vapor bubbles rise to a layer of a single-phase coolant fluid that is above the layer of the dual-phase coolant fluid. The vapor bubbles condense to droplets of the dual-phase coolant fluid. The droplets fall down into the layer of the dual-phase coolant fluid.

The UE may multiplex a first feedback codebook having the identified feedback codebook size and generated for the first transmission with a second feedback codebook generated for the second transmission. Multiplexing the first and second feedback codebooks may produce a multiplexed feedback codebook. In some cases, the UE may perform the multiplexing based on a feedback multiplexing condition being satisfied. The UE may transmit the multiplexed feedback codebook in a control channel (e.g., a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH)) or a shared data channel (e.g., a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH)).
