    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, a device, and a system for acquiring streaming media data. By performing a statistical analysis on historical information related to a streaming media service, which is recorded by at least one device of a terminal and a media content delivery device, bit rates suitable for downloading a streaming media file when different types of terminals access various types of networks are summarized, so that when performing a streaming media service, a terminal can directly request to acquire a streaming media file at a suitable bit rate without a need to attempt to download the streaming media file, starting from a lowest bit rate.

In general formula I, R1 is H, a C1˜C3 alkyl, acetyl or propionyl; R2 is H, a C1˜C6 alkyl, a C3˜C6 cycloalkyl, piperidyl; or a C1˜C6 alkyl substituted by an amino; R3 is H, a C1˜C3 alkyl, or a C1˜C6 alkyl substituted by an amino; R4 is H, a hydroxyl, or a C1˜C6 alkoxy; R5 is H, or a C1˜C6 alkoxyl; or R4 and R5 are linked to each other to form —OCH2O— or —OCH2CH2O—. The compound has good anti-tumor activity, and can be clinically used via oral administration, intravenous injection, and intramuscular injection, among others.

    Abstract: A method for making graphene-based highly dense but porous carbon material with a high degree of hardness includes forming a sol by dispersing a graphene-based component in a solvent; preparing a graphene-based gel by reacting the sol in a reacting container at a temperature of about 20° C. to about 500° C. for about 0.1 hours to about 100 hours; and drying the gel at a temperature of about 0° C. to about 200° C. to obtain a material.     Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition, comprising a weight ratio of 1:120 to 1:1000 of camptothecin compound of formula I and ?-cyclodextrin or derivatives thereof, and an acidic buffer to adjust the pH=3.5-6.0. The composition can be used to treat solid tumours, such as melanoma, pancreatic cancer, hepatoma etc. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is miscible with a water-miscible co-solvent system in any proportion, and can be used as an intravenous infusion solvent, and has no obvious hemolysis or vascular stimulation; the pharmaceutical composition has a better tumour inhibiting rate than solubilisation of surfactants.

    Abstract: A method for making graphene-based material is disclosed. A graphene oxide dispersion includes graphene oxide dispersed in solvent. A hydrogen sulfide gas is introduced to the graphene oxide dispersion at a reacting temperature to achieve a graphene dispersion. The hydrogen sulfide reduces graphene oxide into graphene, and elemental sulfur produced from the hydrogen sulfide is deposited on surfaces of the graphene. The solvent is removed to achieve a graphene composite material. Further, a graphene composite material and a lithium sulfur battery using the graphene composite material are also disclosed.
