    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of information, particularly relates to the theories such as time series interval prediction, extreme learning machine modeling and Gaussian approximation solution, and is a wind power output interval prediction method. First, interval prediction of wind power output influencing factors is realized by time series analysis and normal exponential smoothing so as to consider an input noise factor. Then an extreme learning machine prediction model is established with an interval result as an input, output distribution is calculated based on iterative expectation and a conditional variance law, and thus an interval prediction result of wind power output is obtained. The method has advantages in interval prediction performance and calculation efficiency and can provide guidance for production, scheduling and safe operation of a power system.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a semiconductor structure comprising a plurality of bit line structures and a method for manufacturing the same. In the present disclosure, by allowing at least one of the bit line structures to have a width at its top less than a width at its bottom, the semiconductor structure may have an increased total tungsten volume. The contact surface between the bit line structures and the landing pad is increased, so the landing pad resistance can be decreased. Therefore, the performance of the semiconductor structure can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A stationary device with an encrypted file access function and access method thereof are provided. The portable electronic device sends an access request of an electronic confidential file to the stationary device through a proximal connection. The stationary device sends an access request to the cloud server through a remote connection. Then the cloud server gives the corresponding access commands and verification commands to the portable electronic device and the stationary device. After the stationary device verifies that the access command matches the verification command through the proximal connection, the portable electronic device is allowed to access the electronic confidential file. The portable electronic device and the stationary device constantly check whether they are still within a certain distance, so as to restrict the user from accessing the electronic confidential file only in specific areas. Thus, the business secrets and national defense secrets are effectively protected.

The method quantifies characteristics of resource properties of the UAV and a task, and optimizes the task resource allocation of the UAV under the overlapping coalitional structure.

    Abstract: Disclosed semiconductor device manufacturing processes improve the flatness of a passivation layer deposited above a redistribution layer (RDL). When a thin passivation layer is deposited above the RDL, its top surface tends to become very uneven due to the large gaps that typically form over the etched portions of the RDL, particularly when the RDL is disposed over an underlying super high density metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor. In order to reduce the incidence of stress concentration areas on the uneven surface, a thicker passivation layer is instead deposited to minimize gap formation therein, and a chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process is then performed to further smooth the top surface thereof. Reduction of the stress in this manner reduces the incidence of cracking of the underlying MIM, which improves the overall pass rates of semiconductor devices so manufactured.
