    Abstract: The invention discloses a photoelectric energy transducing apparatus, which includes a photoelectric energy transducing module and a semiconductor switch. The photoelectric energy transducing module includes a photoelectric energy transducing semiconductor structure, a first positive electrode, and a negative electrode. The semiconductor switch includes a second positive electrode and a second negative electrode. The second positive electrode is electrically connected to the first negative electrode. The second negative electrode is electrically connected to the first positive electrode. When light radiates onto the photoelectric energy transducing semiconductor structure, an electromotive force is induced between the first positive electrode and the first negative electrode, and the electromotive force provides a reverse bias on the semiconductor switch so that the semiconductor switch is cut off.

    Abstract: The present invention includes a lithography method comprising forming a first patterned insist layer including at least one opening therein over a substrate. A water-soluble polymer layer is formed over the first patterned resist layer and the substrate, whereby a reaction occurs at the interface of the first patterned resist layer and the water-soluble polymer layer. The non-reacted water-soluble polymer layer is removed. Thereafter, a second patterned resist layer is formed over the substrate, wherein at least one portion of the second patterned resist layer is disposed within the at least one opening of the first patterned resist layer or abuts at least one portion of the first patterned resist layer. The substrate is thereafter etched using the first and second patterned resist layers as a mask.

For each of the operation definitions in the transaction definition, the process automation application produces an operation request. These operation requests are sent to one or more service applications, and one or more responses are received by the process automation application after the operations are performed by the service applications. Based on the responses, the process automation application produces a transaction response, which is sent to the requesting application. In this manner, the requested transaction is completed.

    Abstract: A solar energy collecting and storing system includes a solar energy collecting unit and a heat reservoir. By the thermal energy collector, solar light is absorbed and converted into thermal energy for heating a working fluid contained in the thermal energy collector. Multiple input/output control valves and multiple input/output joints are connected with the heat reservoir for controlling the working fluid to flow into or out of the heat reservoir. If the light exposure is insufficient, the input control valve is closed and the heat reservoir is maintained in a thermally isolated state. For utilizing the thermal energy, the output control valve is opened and thus the thermal energy contained in the working fluid is transferred to the thermal energy application device through the thermal energy output piping line.
