    Abstract: A power amplifier control method is disclosed. A phase modulation control signal may be generated according to an envelope signal that is output by a baseband unit. The phase modulation may be performed on a signal of a main power amplifier link and/or an auxiliary power amplifier link in the Doherty power amplifier circuit according to the phase modulation control signal, so that a phase difference between the signal of the main power amplifier link and the signal of the auxiliary power amplifier link after the phase modulation is a specified value corresponding to a current value of the envelope signal, where the specified value is an optimal phase value of a Doherty power amplifier circuit when the supply voltage of the Doherty power amplifier circuit is an envelope voltage corresponding to the current value of the envelope signal. High-efficiency power amplifier technology is realized.

    Abstract: A fingerprint identification detection circuit, a touch screen and a display device is disclosed. The fingerprint identification detection circuit can include a photosensitive diode, a first switch transistor, a second switch transistor and a voltage follower transistor, wherein the first switch transistor can include a metal oxide transistor, and the second switch transistor and the voltage follower transistor both can include a low-temperature polycrystalline silicon transistor. There is little current leaking from the first switch transistor by using the metal oxide transistor as the first switch transistor. Even in the case of low light intensity, photocurrent can be detected, which may thereby improve the detection precision of the fingerprint identification detection circuit.

    Abstract: A convertible bullet-proof backpack and vest includes a body section divided into a front portion, a middle portion, and back portion. The middle portion has a head slot opening, and the front and back portions have respective sections of bullet-proof fabric integrated therein. A zipper runs around an outer perimeter of the front and back portions. In a backpack configuration, the front portion and the back portion fold toward each other and the zipper secures the outer perimeters of the front portion and the back portion together thereby forming a hollow backpack interior between them. In a bullet-proof vest configuration, the zipper is unzipped thereby allowing a user to insert their head through the head slot opening such that the front portion hangs in front of a torso of the user and the back portion hangs behind the torso of the user.

The method is easy to operate, and has a short operation time, thus being able to complete within 6 hours; in addition, the product has uniform grain sizes, is in a mono-dispersed state, and has a high crystallization degree to a submicron degree.

    Abstract: A method for directly preparing an empty shell type small grain ZSM-5 molecular sieve. The method comprises: uniformly mixing and stirring an organic template agent, a silicon source and water; dripping an aqueous solution of an aluminum source into the mixture; preserving room temperature, and continuously stirring for a period of time; and performing hydrothermal crystallization, and washing, drying and roasting the obtained product to obtain the molecular sieve. The molecular sieve has high degree of crystallinity and uniform particle size. Moreover, the method requires short time, simple operation and only one step, no extra surfactant is needed, and secondary acid and alkali treatment is not needed.

The preparation method provided by the present invention allows Pd atoms and M atoms to be highly uniformly dispersed on the carrier, which overcomes the adverse impact of the surface tension of the impregnation solution and the solvation effect on the dispersibility of active components.
