The method includes: determining initial planning speeds at a target path point and a reference path point based on curvature radiuses of a target front road and a reference front road, such that first and second lateral accelerations are not greater than a lateral acceleration threshold; and determining a target longitudinal acceleration and a target planning speed at the target path point based on the initial planning speeds at the target path point and the reference path point and a reference journey, such that the target longitudinal acceleration is in a defined range. Therefore, a vehicle can drive based on the target planning speed and the target longitudinal acceleration at the target path point, thereby avoiding drastic deceleration and lateral offset, improving driving safety of the vehicle and riding comfort and saving energy.

The hydrogen sulfide reduces graphene oxide into graphene, and elemental sulfur produced from the hydrogen sulfide is deposited on surfaces of the graphene. The solvent and elemental sulfur are removed to achieve a graphene composite material.

Furthermore, for each respective array of a plurality of arrays that correspond to different temporal layers, the video coder may store, in the respective array, sets of adaptive loop filtering (ALF) parameters used in applying ALF filters to samples of regions of pictures of the video data that are decoded prior to the current region and that are in the temporal layer corresponding to the respective array or a lower temporal layer than the temporal layer corresponding to the respective array. The video coder determines, based on a selected set of ALF parameters in the array corresponding to the temporal layer to which the current region belongs, an applicable set of ALF parameters.

    Abstract: Implementations herein relate to a method for extraction of phthalates using hydrophilic magnetic resins with high specific surface areas. The implementations relate to a technical field of preparation of resins for fast enrichment and separation of trace organics in water. By adding magnetic particles, precursor resins may be prepared using divinylbenzene, vinyl benzoate and glycidyl methacrylate copolymerization ester. After the cross-linking reaction, surface areas of the resins are increased and hydrolysis of the ester group in alkaline solution may be implemented to obtain high specific surface magnetic resins rich in hydroxyl groups. The resins have higher adsorptive capacity and selectivity to adsorb phthalates in water samples. Rapid extraction may be implemented using magnetic solid phase extraction rod to achieve enrichment and separation of phthalates in a large amount of water samples.

The pinched-off opening is subjected to a directional oxidizing plasma and a metal halide etchant to open the pinched-off top and allow access to the seam.
