    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling UE to access a communications network of a high-speed moving vehicle, a core network control plane node device, a base station, UE, and a communications system. The method includes: determining that UE accessing the communications network is first-type UE, allocating a temporary identifier that includes a first sequence to the UE, and sending the temporary identifier to the UE, where when the UE accesses a public network, the first sequence is used to instruct the base station to transfer the UE to the communications network. In the embodiments of the present invention, user experience of the UE is improved.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a single radio voice call continuity handover method and apparatus. An MME records whether a bearer deletion request message sent by a gateway device is received, and if the MME determines that the bearer deletion request message is received, the MME does not send a bearer deletion instruction message to the gateway device, and does not delete a local voice service bearer resource. Therefore, after the MME performs voice service bearer deletion on an IMS side, the MME does not perform voice service bearer deletion on an EPS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process. Alternatively, when a reason for session termination is SRVCC handover, a PCRF does not send a re-authentication request message to the gateway device, that is, the gateway device does not perform a voice bearer deletion process on the IMS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a call hold method and a terminal. The method includes: when an originating call of a terminal triggers a CS voice service, sending first indication information to an IMS sublayer by using a CC sublayer, so that the IMS sublayer detects whether an IMS voice session exists; sending signaling to a network if the IMS voice session exists, where the signaling is used to trigger a hold procedure of the INS voice session, so that the IMS voice session is in a hold state; and after the terminal completes establishment of a mobility management connection, establishing, according to second indication information, a second CS session corresponding to the IMS voice session, where the second CS session is in a hold state, thereby avoiding a case of session abnormality.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an emergency center selection method, device, and system. The method includes: receiving, by an MME, a request message initiated by UE located in an LTE network for CSFB of an emergency call, and sending, to an eNB, a first notification message that carries an emergency call indication; and sending, to an MSC, a first handover request message that carries information about a cell of a 3G network or information about a cell that is of the LTE network and on which the UE currently camps, so that after the MSC receives the first handover request message, the MSC may select an emergency center according to the information about the cell of the 3G network or the information about the cell of the LTE network in the first handover request message, and further quickly set up a call connection between the UE and the emergency center.
