Abstract: A device and a method for implementing a data service in order to avoid generating an unnecessary data usage fee for user equipment (UE) and further avoid data usage waste after a data service switch of the UE is turned off. The method includes determining, by a first network-side device, a status of a data service switch of UE, and sending, by the first network-side device, a first notification message to a second network-side device when the data service switch of the UE is turned off, where the UE is already registered with a network, the first notification message includes first instruction information and an identity of the UE, and the first instruction information instructs the second network-side device to skip charging for data packets of the UE flowing through the second network-side device.

Abstract: This application provides a service processing method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, first indication information, where the first indication information is used to indicate whether at least one type of access-network network element in a first network supports an emergency service; receiving, by the terminal, second indication information, where the second indication information is used to indicate whether a core-network network element in the first network supports the emergency service; and initiating, by the terminal, the emergency service based on the first indication information and/or the second indication information.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the communications field and disclose a network handover method and a session management network element. The method includes: receiving, by a session management network element, first indication information and second indication information from an access management network element, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate that a terminal device is handed over from a first network to a second network to set up a voice service, and the second indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device needs to return to the first network after the voice service ends; and sending, by the session management network element, the first indication information and the second indication information to an access network device of the second network.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a traffic processing method, and a user plane apparatus and a terminal device implementing the traffic processing method. The traffic processing method can accurately identify abnormal traffic and improve traffic management. The traffic processing method includes receiving, by a user plane function network element, hotspot indication information from a terminal device, where the hotspot indication information includes that a hotspot switch is enabled. The method further includes obtaining, by the user plane function network element, a characteristic parameter of a first data packet, sending the characteristic parameter of the first data packet to a data analytics network element, and determining, by the user plane function network element, that the traffic corresponding to the first data packet is abnormal traffic.

Abstract: A data service control method and a related device are disclosed. An example method carried out by a user plane data processing network element includes: obtaining information about at least one feature set from a data analytics network element, where information about each feature set in the information about the at least one feature set corresponds to at least one service type or at least one execution rule; obtaining a feature parameter of user plane data based on the information about the at least one feature set; sending the feature parameter to the data analytics network element; obtaining a response result of the feature parameter from the data analytics network element; obtaining, based on the response result, a service type associated with the user plane data or an execution rule associated with the user plane data.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to a communication resource release method and apparatus. The method includes: first, receiving, by a first network element of a first communications network, a first removal request for a service data flow from a second network element; and then deleting, based on the first removal request, a first QoS parameter that corresponds to the service data flow and that is of the first communications network and a second QoS parameter that corresponds to the service data flow and that is of a second communications network. In this way, a communication resource release solution can be provided.

Embodiments of this application implement data analytics by using the data analytics network element in a communications network.

Abstract: A service processing method, a service processing apparatus, and a communications system are provided. The service processing method includes: receiving, by an access network device, from a core network device, a bearer setup request message of a VoLTE service; and rejecting, by the access network device, the bearer setup request message when determining that LTE network signal quality of a terminal of the VoLTE service cannot satisfy the VoLTE service. Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a session management method, an interworking method between different systems, and a network apparatus. The session management method includes: when establishing a guaranteed bit rate (GBR) flow of a terminal device in a first communications system, determining, by a session management network element in the first communications system, that the GBR flow is a GBR flow required for handing over the terminal device from the first communications system to a second communications system; and establishing, by the session management network element for the GBR flow, a session context corresponding to the second communications system. The methods and the network apparatus are used to resolve a technical problem of resource waste existing in a handover method in the prior art.

The method includes: determining, by the network device, that a serving cell handover process of UE is ended; determining, by the network device, that before the serving cell handover process of the UE is ended, it has been determined that the UE needs to be moved to a second network supporting a circuit switched service; and moving, by the network device, the UE to the second network. According to the foregoing method, when CSFB triggered by a CS service initiated by UE conflicts with a serving cell handover process of the UE, the CS service of the UE can continue to be performed after completing the serving cell handover process of the UE. In this way, a success rate of establishing the CS service is increased.

The method may also include preferentially allocating, by the access network device within a first time period that is after the access network device receives the connection setup message, an uplink transmission resource to the UE if receiving a resource scheduling request message sent by the UE.
