    Abstract: A production system for improving yield of bayberry juice includes a steam generator, a main body, a feed hopper, an extraction device, a cooling liquid tank and a collection container. A method for improving yield of bayberry juice includes the following steps. Bayberries are selected, soaked, cleaned, squeezed, distilled and condensed. The bayberries are distilled and condensed after ordinary squeezing, which improves the yield of bayberry juice and avoiding the waste of nutrients in the bayberry.

    Abstract: A probabilistic framework for compiler optimization with multithread power-gating controls includes scheduling all thread fragments of a multithread computer code with the estimated execution time, logging all time stamps of events, and sorting and unifying the logged time stamps. Time slices are constructed using adjacent time stamps of each thread fragment. A power-gating time having a component turned off for each time slice is determined. Power-gateable windows that reduce energy consumption of the time slice is determined according to the power-gating time. The compiler inserts predicated power-gating instructions at locations corresponding to the selected power-gateable windows into the power-gateable computer code.

A second approach generally involves utilizing a dopant (e.g., Mo, Nb, or V) to improve the neutrality of the tinted state of WOx (coloration efficiency changes). A third approach generally involves tailoring a thickness of the WOx layer to tune the color of the tinted stack.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for measuring a thickness of an ultrathin film on a solid substrate. The thickness of the target ultrathin film is measured from the intensity of the fluorescence converted by the substrate and leaking and tunneling through the target ultrathin film at low detection angle. The fluorescence generated from the substrate has sufficient and stable high intensity, and therefore can provide fluorescence signal strong enough to make the measurement performed rapidly and precisely. The detection angle is small, and therefore the noise ratio is low, and efficiency of thickness measurement according to the method disclosed herein is high. The thickness measurement method can be applied into In-line product measurement without using standard sample, and therefore the thickness of the product can be measured rapidly and efficiently.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for dual-motor control on an electric vehicle based on adaptive dynamic programming. First, total torque required is calculated based on obtained data information of the electric vehicle under various driving conditions, and offline training is conducted on an execution network and an evaluation network. Then total torque is dynamically distributed for two motors of the electric vehicle under various driving conditions to obtain an efficiency MAP database. Afterwards, iteration and online learning are conducted on the execution network and the evaluation network based on data information of the electric vehicle under different driving conditions that is obtained in real time, so as to find an optimal control law for the electric vehicle under a real-time driving condition. In this way, the dual-motor control on the electric vehicle is optimized.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to an apparatus and methods for applying X-ray reflectometry (XRR) in characterizing three dimensional nanostructures supported on a flat substrate with a miniscule sampling area and a thickness in nanometers. In particular, this disclosure is targeted for addressing the difficulties encountered when XRR is applied to samples with intricate nanostructures along all three directions, e.g. arrays of nanostructured poles or shafts. Convergent X-ray with long wavelength, greater than that from a copper anode of 0.154 nm and less than twice of the characteristic dimensions along the film thickness direction, is preferably used with appropriate collimations on both incident and detection arms to enable the XRR for measurements of samples with limited sample area and scattering volumes.
