    Abstract: A biopsy device includes an acquiring element and a fixation element. The acquiring element has a drill, a sleeve and a handle. The sleeve has first screw threads formed on an outer periphery thereon and is covered on a part of one end of drill. The fixation element has a stylet and a trocar. The stylet has a through hole, and second screw threads are formed on an inner periphery of the through hole. The second screw threads of the through hole are engaged with the first screw threads of the sleeve. The trocar is connected with the through hole for receiving the drill. When the handle is rotated by a force, the acquiring element is moved in the through hole and the torcar relative to the fixation element.

    Abstract: A method for polishing Through-Silicon Via (TSV) wafers is provided. The method comprises a step of subjecting the surface of a TSV wafer to a polishing treatment with a polishing composition containing an organic alkaline compound, an oxidizing agent selected from sodium chlorite and/or potassium bromate, silicon oxide abrasive particles, and a solvent to simultaneously remove Si and conductive materials at their respective removal rates. By using the method of this invention, Si and conductive materials can be simultaneously polished at higher removal rates to significantly save the necessary working-hour costs for polishing TSV wafers. A polishing composition used in the above method is also provided.

    Abstract: A retractable cable device having protecting function mainly comprises a housing, a spiral spring, a spool disk, an arresting system, and a communication cable. The spool disk pivoted on a shaft within the housing is wound by the communication cable. The spiral spring provides the spool disk with a reeling force to reel in the communication cable. The rotation of the spool disk flexibly controlled by the arresting system decides the protruding length of the communication cable. A swaying member installed on the spool disk is utilized to replace the conventional immovable clip for fixing the communication cable. Whereby, when the entire communication cable is drawn out, the communication cable at a second end of the swaying member presents a larger bent angle. Therefore, the communication cable is subjected to bending with less sharp degree, thence protecting the communication cable, especially for the core, by preventing it from damage.

    Abstract: A wire reel includes a slide disk that defined centrally an internal cavity for accommodating a coil spring and an upper cavity that receives a rotation-supporting wire in a regular wound condition and also forms a circumferential cavity separated from the internal cavity and receiving a primary wire to wind therearound. A circuit board is arranged and retained between the internal cavity and the upper cavity to electrically and mechanically connect opposing inner ends of the two wires. A housing composed of mated top and bottom covers defines an interior space to rotatably receive the slide disk. The rotation-supporting wire is fixed to an underside of the top cover and is thus fixed with respect to the rotation of the slide disk. A positioning mechanism is provided between the housing and the slide disk for providing a positioning engagement therebetween for each full turn of the slide disk.

    Abstract: A cupulate light essentially contains a light assembly and a suction assembly spirally installed on the light assembly. A casing disposed on the soft suction member compresses the periphery of the suction member to prevent an air leak out of the periphery thereof, which enhances the suction capability of the product. Such parts reasonably designed as the transparent lampshade, positioning lampshade, and battery container are sequentially installed into the housing. Therefore, the positioning lampshade and the transparent lampshade limited in the housing through the battery case would conduce to a great assembling efficiency. The light and suction assemblies in detachment enhance an efficient replacement by merely changing broken parts thereof, which prevents the waste of entire product and the unnecessary wastefulness to achieve an efficiency of energy saving and environment protecting.

The rectifying-filtering unit is used for rectifying and filtering the primary voltage to generate a secondary voltage. The rectifying-dividing unit is used for rectifying and dividing the primary voltage to generate a detecting voltage. The control unit is used for receiving the secondary voltage, and generating a pulse voltage whose duty cycle is variable with the detecting voltage. The voltage transforming unit is used for transforming the secondary voltage to a driving voltage for driving the luminous element to emit light according to the pulse voltage.     Abstract: A decoding method comprising the following steps is provided. The mth lookup index for a new lookup table is obtained according to the number of leading 1's in the bit stream. The nth base Huffman code in a simplified Huffman table is obtained according to the mth lookup index. The (n+1) most significant bits (MSB) are obtained from the bit stream according to the nth base Huffman code. A difference is generated according to the (n+1) MSBs in the bit stream and the nth base Huffman code. Whether the difference is less than 0 is checked. If yes, a symbol index is generated according to the difference and the nth base symbol index, and a symbol is obtained according to the symbol index. If no, n is decreased or increased by 1 according to the method being used, and the data in the simplified Huffman table is compared continually.
