    Abstract: A color filter with low color shift is defined by a light leakage spectrum in the dark state. The color filter is disposed between two polarizing plates so as to measure a first spectrum of dark state a(?), wherein the polarizing directions of the polarizers are orthogonal to each other. A second spectrum of dark state b(?) while the color filter is removed, and then a ratio spectrum of light leakage intensity I(?)=(a(?)/b(?)) is determined. A maximum value P1 in the ratio spectrum of light leakage intensity is determined in a wavelength region in which the ratio spectrum of light leakage intensity of green photoresist overlaps that of a blue photoresist. A maximum value P2 in the ratio spectrum of light leakage intensity is determined in a wavelength region in which the ratio spectrum of light leakage intensity of red photoresist locates.

    Abstract: A structure of multi-wavelength light emitting device comprises multi-stacked active layer structure. Each stacked layer comprises lower energy bandgap well 4 and higher energy bandgap barrier layer 3 wherein at least one stacked layer in the device contains nanoparticles. As a result, the emitting wavelengths of the multi-stacked active layer structure consist parts (or all) of the emitting wavelengths come from the stack layers containing nanoparticles, and parts (or all) of the emitting wavelengths come from the stack layers not containing nanoparticles. In another embodiment, parts (or all) of the emitting wavelengths of the multi-stacked active layer structure can be also used to trigger one or more phosphorescences from the phosphors, thus the emitting wavelengths of such a phosphors converted light emitting device may come partially from the multi-stacked active layer itself and partially (or all) from the phosphors.

The cerium-based hydrate fiber can be synthesized by aging under the boiling point of water for 10 hours to 50 hours by the addition of a chemical modifier. The fibers show a diameter of submicron to micron size, and the aspect ratio is greater than 100. The hydrate fibers can transform to oxide fiber after calcination at high temperature.

The tester sends a test signal to the prober for implementing the wafer test so as to generate a test result and calls an interface program to convert the test result into a file conformed with a specific data format. The RFID middleware unit receives the tag information and calls related applications to process the tag information so as to generate a wafer information. The EDA system receives the file of the specific data format converted from the interface program and calculates thereof to generate a wafer yield information after wafer test.

    Abstract: A method for recognizing the position of a wireless controller is applied to an interactive gaming device including a wireless controller, a main apparatus and a host. The host calculates the ultrasonic wave transmission times and therefore recognizes the position of the wireless controller. When the wireless controller is moved, the host obtains plurality of coordinate values indicating the motion track of the wireless controller.
