Abstract: A method for processing a ceramic powder suspension includes providing a dispersant having the following structure: wherein R1 is an H+ ion, an Na+ ion, an NH4+ ion or other cationic group; R2 is an H+ ion, an Na+ ion. an NH4+ ion or other cationic group; m is an integer from 10 to 5000 ; and n is an integer from 10 to 3000 . The dispersant is dissolved in a solvent. Ceramic powder is further added into the solvent with the dispersant.

Abstract: Incinerator ashes, which is obtained after treating municipal solid waste, incinerator ashes or its plasma vitrified slag is made into mineral fibers. Cullet is added during manufacturing the mineral fibers for conditioning. The mineral fibers thus obtained have a good strength and could raise value of recycled product. In addition, it could reduce impact of the incinerator ashes to the environment and environmental protection is achieved.

Abstract: The invention provides an image sensor package and a method for fabricating thereof. The package comprises a substrate having an image sensor device electrically connected to a metal layer thereon and a covering plate disposed over the substrate. A plurality of trench insulators is formed in the substrate, whereby the each trench insulator surrounds an isolation region each. A via hole is formed in the substrate within the isolation region and electrically connects to the metal layer to a solder ball thereby transmitting a signal from the image sensor device to an exterior circuit.

Abstract: The invention relates to an aqueous cleaning composition for use in a cleaning process during or after a chemical mechanical planarization for a copper integrated circuit processing, comprising 0.05 to 20 wt % of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic organic base, 0.05 to 50 wt % of an alcohol amine, 0.01-10 wt % of a quaternary ammonium hydroxide, and water. When used during or after the planarization process, the inventive cleaning composition of the invention can effectively remove residual contaminants from the surfaces of the wafers and simultaneously maintain a good surface roughness of the wafers.

Abstract: A movable terminal connecting mechanism of an electrical appliance includes a support part, a carrier part and a first terminal block. The support part is fixed within a frame body of the electrical appliance and includes at least one first retaining structure. The carrier part includes at least one second retaining structure corresponding to the first retaining structure. The carrier part is moved with respect to the support part when the second retaining structure is moved with respect to the first retaining structure. The first terminal block is fixed on the carrier part to be coupled with an external cable. The first terminal block is either partially exposed outside the entrance of the frame body to implement a wiring task of wiring the first terminal block with the external cable, or stored in a receptacle of the frame body.

Abstract: A method for flexibly configuring default values of a network device through an EEPROM interface is disclosed. A header is received from an EEPROM through the EEPROM interface and it is determined from the header whether any default value of the network device should be updated, and if any, how many should be updated. At least one configuration instruction is fetched from the EEPROM when it is determined that the network device should be updated. The at least one configuration instruction is interpreted and a register default value of the default values corresponding to the interpreted at least one configuration instruction is changed.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system of energy-efficient and constant-pressure fluid-transport machines coupled in parallel, which can flexibly and massively provide gas and water to every fabrication unit. The system of the present invention comprises: variable-frequency centrifugal fluid-transport machines, pressure gauges, power meters, flow meters, and controllers. The performance curves of the abovementioned system of fluid-transport machines coupled in parallel and the system impedance curves of the loads are analyzed theoretically and built in the controllers together with the equal-efficiency curves provided by the manufacturer. When the system is operating, the data detected by the pressure gauges, power meters, and flow meters are compared with the built-in data to obtain the optimal energy-efficient conditions as the operational criteria of the system of the present invention.

Abstract: An image sensor package and a method for fabricating thereof are provided. A substrate having an insulator filled cavity is provided with an image sensor device electrical connected to a metal layer, thereon. A covering plate is then disposed on the substrate. The substrate is subsequently thinned to expose the insulator. Removing a portion of the insulator, a hole is formed and a conductive layer is filled therein to form a via hole. Next, a solder ball is located over a backside of the substrate which is electrically connected to the metal layer through the via hole. The image sensor package is thinned, thus, the dimensions thereof are reduced.

Both end faces of the lead plate are provided with a plurality of electrode leads, and a conductive layer is provided between the electrode leads and the cathode/anode substrate to electrically connect with the cathode/anode conducting layer, respectively.

Abstract: A multifunctional power plug includes a housing, a plurality of contact blades, a power cable, and a control circuit unit. The housing forms an interior space, which accommodates the control circuit unit therein. The control circuit unit is electrically connected between the contact blades and the power cable. The control circuit unit includes at least a rectification circuit, a voltage regulation circuit, and a timer circuit. The plug may further include a photo-control circuit, which is accommodated in the interior space and is electrically connected to the control circuit unit. As such, besides the functions of voltage bucking and timer setting, the multifunctional power plug also features photo control. The power plug has a simple construction and is easy for mass production to thereby significantly lower manufacturing costs thereof.

Each word count record has information regarding occurrences of words in short passages which have been referenced by a user. The first program module receives a user ID and a keyword, acquires multiple HTML documents corresponding the keyword, calculates a first value for each HTML document according to the word count records corresponding to the user ID, arranges multiple items corresponding to the HTML documents according to the first values thereof in descending order, and displays a web page comprising the ordered items.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for searching for satellite signals are provided. One of the proposed methods of searching for satellite signals includes: searching for satellite signals according to measurement predictions; searching for satellite signals of a reference satellite without referring to the measurement predictions; determining if measurements derived from the reference satellite are consistent with the measurement predictions; and searching for satellite signals of other satellites without referring to the measurement predictions if the measurements derived from the reference satellite are determined to be inconsistent with the measurement predictions. If the measurements derived from the reference satellite are determined to be inconsistent with the measurement predictions, navigation information for use in the generation of the measurement predictions is determined to be stale.

Abstract: The method includes: associating different cell phones to different enciphering and deciphering keys of an asymmetric encryption algorithm. Access information of the network lock corresponding to the cell phone is enciphered by the corresponding enciphering key. Then, the enciphered network lock is stored in the cell phone, and the corresponding deciphering key is recorded in an inerasable memory of the cell phone. The original plaintext access information of the network lock and the enciphering key is stored only in a service provider of the communication network. When the cell phone tries to access the communication network, it deciphers the enciphered network lock using the deciphering key stored in the inerasable memory to verify the network lock of the cell phone.

Abstract: A transferring device for a bed, placed on a bed plate, on top of or below a mattress, comprises inner and outer inflatable bags. Both inner and outer inflatable bag are placed on said bed plate, are shaped like a comb and each have a main inflatable bag and several auxiliary inner inflatable bags which are connected with each other, while being spatially separated from each other by gaps. By inflating and deflating the inner and outer inflatable bags, a patient is easily moved on the bed plate as well as transferred onto or from the bed plate.

Abstract: A position system for interactive gaming device has a main apparatus and a wireless controller. The main apparatus has a first ultrasonic receiving module, a second ultrasonic receiving module and a third ultrasonic receiving module. The three ultrasonic receiving modules are arranged as a triangle shape. The wireless controller has an ultrasonic transmitting module. The ultrasonic transmitting module of the wireless controller sends an ultrasonic wave which is received by the ultrasonic receiving modules in order to obtain three ultrasonic wave transmission times. The main apparatus calculates the received transmission time and therefore recognizes the position of the wireless controller. When the wireless controller is moved, the main apparatus obtains a plurality of coordinate values indicating the motion track of the wireless controller. In this case, an electronic device shows the movement of the wireless controller on a display device by monitoring the coordinate values.
