    Abstract: The invention provides an image sensor package and a method for fabricating thereof. The system of the present invention comprises: variable-frequency centrifugal fluid-transport machines, pressure gauges, power meters, flow meters, and controllers. The performance curves of the abovementioned system of fluid-transport machines coupled in parallel and the system impedance curves of the loads are analyzed theoretically and built in the controllers together with the equal-efficiency curves provided by the manufacturer. When the system is operating, the data detected by the pressure gauges, power meters, and flow meters are compared with the built-in data to obtain the optimal energy-efficient conditions as the operational criteria of the system of the present invention.

    Abstract: An image sensor package and a method for fabricating thereof are provided. A substrate having an insulator filled cavity is provided with an image sensor device electrical connected to a metal layer, thereon. A covering plate is then disposed on the substrate. The substrate is subsequently thinned to expose the insulator. Removing a portion of the insulator, a hole is formed and a conductive layer is filled therein to form a via hole. Next, a solder ball is located over a backside of the substrate which is electrically connected to the metal layer through the via hole. The image sensor package is thinned, thus, the dimensions thereof are reduced.

    Abstract: A multifunctional power plug includes a housing, a plurality of contact blades, a power cable, and a control circuit unit. The housing forms an interior space, which accommodates the control circuit unit therein. The control circuit unit is electrically connected between the contact blades and the power cable.     Abstract: The method includes: associating different cell phones to different enciphering and deciphering keys of an asymmetric encryption algorithm. Access information of the network lock corresponding to the cell phone is enciphered by the corresponding enciphering key. Then, the enciphered network lock is stored in the cell phone, and the corresponding deciphering key is recorded in an inerasable memory of the cell phone. The original plaintext access information of the network lock and the enciphering key is stored only in a service provider of the communication network. When the cell phone tries to access the communication network, it deciphers the enciphered network lock using the deciphering key stored in the inerasable memory to verify the network lock of the cell phone.

    Abstract: A position system for interactive gaming device has a main apparatus and a wireless controller. The main apparatus has a first ultrasonic receiving module, a second ultrasonic receiving module and a third ultrasonic receiving module. The three ultrasonic receiving modules are arranged as a triangle shape. The wireless controller has an ultrasonic transmitting module. The ultrasonic transmitting module of the wireless controller sends an ultrasonic wave which is received by the ultrasonic receiving modules in order to obtain three ultrasonic wave transmission times. The main apparatus calculates the received transmission time and therefore recognizes the position of the wireless controller. When the wireless controller is moved, the main apparatus obtains a plurality of coordinate values indicating the motion track of the wireless controller. In this case, an electronic device shows the movement of the wireless controller on a display device by monitoring the coordinate values.
