    Abstract: A light-sensitive driving circuit, a light-sensitive driving method and a display are provided. The light-sensitive driving circuit comprises a pulse width modulation circuit, a judge unit and a first analog-to-digital converter. The pulse width modulation circuit provides a pulse width modulation voltage to drive a light-sensitive apparatus, so that the light-sensitive apparatus outputs an induced signal according to an external light. The judge unit judges whether a check and burn procedure needs to be operated or not according to an external command. If the check and burn procedure does not need to be operated, the first analog-to-digital converter outputs a digital signal according to the induced signal.

Each of the color filter layers has an opening corresponding to one reflective portion. An optical filter is disposed in the opening for enhancing the coloration of the LCD panel.

The color filter layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate has an opening opposite to the reflective portion. The optical filter portion is disposed in the opening of the color filter layer for providing color compensation in a reflection mode.

    Abstract: A flat display including a display panel is disclosed. The display panel includes several signal lines and ESD protection circuits whose negative ESD protection circuits have cell test function. When a driving IC bonds to the display panel, the system operates in a normal dynamic display mode, and the negative ESD protection circuits are coupled to a low-level voltage such that thin film transistors of the negative ESD protection circuit are switched off in the normal display mode. Therefore, the power consumption of the panel module can be reduced and using time of the products can be improved.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate includes an insulating substrate, a plurality of scan lines, an insulating layer, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixels arranged in an array of rows and columns. The pixels in each row are aligned in a row direction, the pixels in each column are aligned in a column direction, and the pixels are separated from each other by the scan lines and the data lines. Each pixel includes a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode has at least one opening that extends from the periphery to the inside of the pixel electrode and at least one extension part that extends in the row direction into an opening of a neighboring pixel electrode in the same row. Each of the scan lines alternately controls one of the pixel electrodes in a first row and one of the pixel electrodes in a second row immediately adjacent to the first row.

    Abstract: An integrated circuit with the cell test function for the electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, wherein each ESD unit protection circuit has a first, second, and third thin film transistors (TFTs) composed and connected to a signal line, a fourth TFT's and a fifth TFT's gate and drain electrodes are also shorted at the common electrode and the source electrode of the third TFT connects to the common electrode. A sixth TFT's drain electrode connects to the source electrode of the fourth TFT and the source electrode of the fifth TFT connects to the gate electrode of the sixth TFT. By the gate and drain electrodes of the sixth TFT connecting to the corresponding test-switch pads respectively, the sixth TFT is used as a TFT switch so as to build the cell test function in the ESD unit protection circuit.
