  • Publication number: 20070077804
Abstract: This invention is about providing a kind of electrical connection design comprising insulator body and conductive terminal; the insulator body is designed with several receptor holes, where each receptor hole is designed with the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal; the outer side of the two conductive terminals are designed with conductive connecting section, the inner side is designed with elastic structure. As the first conductive terminal moves downward under pressure, the elastic structure generates elastic deformation. When not under pressure, the elastic structure will move the first conductive terminal upward due to the elasticity, returning to the original state. In addition, the said electrical structure is designed with a shifting structure.

  • Publication number: 20060199375
Abstract: A structure applied to a photolithographic process is provided. The structure includes at least a film layer, an optical isolation layer, an anti-reflection coating and a photoresist layer sequentially formed over a substrate. In the photolithographic process, the optical isolation layer stops light from penetrating down to the film layer. Since the optical isolation layer is set up underneath the photoresist layer, light emitted from a light source during photo-exposure is prevented from reflecting from the substrate surface after passing through the film layer. Thus, the critical dimensions of the photolithographic process are unaffected by any change in the thickness of the film layer.

  • Patent number: 6871305
Abstract: A device for prolonging the lifetime of a nonvolatile memory is applied to the connection between a host electronic machine and a nonvolatile memory device. The device includes a RAM (Random Access Memory) buffer zone, a counter, and two sets of inverters, wherein the RAM buffer zone is employed to store a unit data train temporarily; the counter is used to count the total bits of logic “0”; the inverters are used to lessen the times for readying/writing a nonvolatile memory device by inverting the unit data train based on the count (for example, when the number of logic “1“s exceeds the number of logic “0“s, and the state flag keeps track of whether an inversion has occurred or is needed.

  • Patent number: 6752938
Abstract: This invention provides a method of preparing microsphere composite of collagen and bioceramic powder. This method first mixes a collagen solution with bioceramic powder and alginate, and squeezes the mixture solution to spherical droplets being discharged into a divalent cation solution undergoing gelling to form microspheres. Next, the microsphere is coated with a chitosan solution. Then, interior alginate and surface chitosan of the microsphere are liquefied and washed out with an aqueous buffer solution such as phosphate based buffer, and collagen in the microsphere is reconstituted to fiber network at the same time. The prepared microsphere composite has similar composition components of bone tissue, and the collagen thereof has a network of reconstituted fibers. The microsphere composite of this invention provides a similar growth environment of bone tissue cells, is used as a carrier to carry cells, coat and fix bone growth factors, and is applied in bone repair.
