Abstract: A method and server for broadcasting a data file to talk groups. The method includes fragmenting the data file into data blocks and broadcasting the data blocks to the talk groups. The method also includes detecting a voice call start event based on a first change is a received voice call status. The method further includes detecting a voice call end event based on a second change in the received voice call status. The method also includes generating a backlog item. The backlog item includes a subset of data blocks of the plurality of data blocks. The subset of data blocks were broadcasted on the broadcast data channel after the voice call start event and prior to the voice call end event. The method further includes broadcasting the subset of data blocks on the broadcast data channel upon detection of the voice call end event.

Abstract: A method for producing metal carbonate is disclosed. The method includes the following steps of providing a first mixture of metal and a catalyst containing iron, NO groups, and N-containing ligands first; then introducing carbon dioxide to the first mixture to form a second mixture and obtaining a product. The method described here can improve the yield and decrease the cost of metal carbonate production.

Abstract: A reflow oven includes a chamber housing including surfaces that are in contact with heated air mixed with contaminants, including flux, and a water-soluble layer selectively applied to the surfaces of the chamber housing. Embodiments of the reflow oven include an acrylic-based layer, such as an acrylic paint. In one embodiment, the acrylic paint includes a water-soluble polymer, a polymer emulsion, and water. The water-soluble polymer includes butyl benzyl phthalate. In some embodiments, the acrylic paint includes 1-10% by weight butyl benzyl phthalate, 30-55% by weight acrylic polymer emulsion, and balance water. In a certain embodiment, the acrylic paint includes 1-5% by weight butyl benzyl phthalate, 35-50% by weight acrylic poly emulsion, and balance water. Methods of treating surfaces of the reflow oven are further disclosed.

One exemplary method includes the steps of assigning a first serving digital vehicular repeater from a plurality of digital vehicular repeaters; receiving, via the first serving digital vehicular repeater, a first call request from a first portable subscriber unit; assigning the first call to a first channel; moving the first serving digital vehicular repeater and the first portable subscriber unit to the first channel; and assigning a second serving digital vehicular repeater from the plurality of digital vehicular repeaters.

Abstract: A decorative laminate includes a laminate substrate coated with an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is a layer of a physically setting, solvent-free adhesive material including an acrylic polymer. The adhesive layer is self-adhesive at room temperature. The adhesive-coated laminate substrate has a peeling-off force of at least 0.2 N/mm2, after application on a carrier. A method for the production of the adhesive-coated laminate substrate, its use as a coating material, and a composite of the adhesive-coated laminate substrate and a carrier material are also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed are a shoe insole and its manufacturing method. The method includes the steps of crushing a rubber foam material into irregular primary crushed particles, covering a mixed elastomeric material onto a surface of the primary crushed particle uniformly, using a pressurizing, heating and curing method to form a primary modified foam material, crushing the primary modified foam material again to form irregular secondary crushed particles, covering the secondary crushed particles uniformly mixed with the elastomeric material onto a surface of the secondary crushed particle, and using the pressurizing, heating and curing method to form a secondary modified foam material similarly. The shoe sole made of the secondary modified foam material has good breathability, elasticity, comfortability and compressive strength.

Abstract: A bicycle cogset manufacturing method includes: connecting a first and a second sprocket in different sizes with connecting members as a sprockets assembly in advance, where first and second inner portions of the first and second sprockets respectively have first insertion and second insertion members, and each of the insertion members are respectively provided with a first and a second positioning hole; transferring the sprockets assembly into a mold, and performing pouring to form a sprocket base, where an assembly hole is disposed in the center of the sprocket base, a plurality of connecting arms are arranged on an outer portion of the sprocket base, and the connecting arms clad the first insertion members and the second insertion members to form a cogset. In this way, modularization can be implemented to achieve objectives of preventing troublesome riveting, accelerating manufacture, and reducing product weight.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of performing a chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process with a high germanium-to-oxide removal selectivity and a low rate of germanium recess formation. The method is performed by providing a semiconductor substrate having a plurality of germanium compound regions including germanium interspersed between a plurality of oxide regions including an oxide. A slurry is then provided onto the semiconductor substrate. The slurry has an oxidant and an etching inhibitor configured to reduce a removal rate of the germanium relative to the oxide. A CMP process is then performed by bringing a chemical mechanical polishing pad in contact with top surfaces of the plurality of germanium compound regions and the plurality of oxide regions.

In some embodiments, the disclosed slurry composition has an oxidant and an etching inhibitor. The oxidant has a compound with one or more oxygen molecules. The etching inhibitor has a nitrogen-oxide compound. The etching inhibitor reduces the rate of metal and dielectric material (e.g., oxide) removal, but does so in a manner that reduces the rate of dielectric material removal by a larger amount, so as to provide the slurry composition with a high metal (e.g., germanium) to dielectric material removal selectivity and with a low rate of metal recess formation.
