The latching member is capable of sliding along the second track and includes an elastic element. The elastic element is configured to position the latching member at a desired position with respect to the support base and to provide a resilient force to the latching member, allowing the latching member to push the fixing board to cause the fixing board to abut against the support base, thereby limiting a movement of the fixing board along the first track.
