    Abstract: A testing method and an apparatus applied to an IP phone system for testing an electronic device is provided. The electronic device has a true table and signal ports. The electronic device is connected to a power generating jig and an IP phone simulator via a cable. A power generated by the power generating jig is provided. A first value power command issued by the IP phone simulator is provided. Whether the electronic device is able to correctly control the signal ports in response to the first value power command and the true table is determined. A second value power command issued by the IP phone simulator is provided. Whether the electronic device is able to correctly control the signal ports in response to the second value power command and the true table is determined. If so, it is concluded that the electronic device passes the test.

    Abstract: A telephone switchboard provides various operating voltages to a telephone in different operation modes. The telephone switchboard includes a control unit, an output control circuit and a voltage converter. The control unit detects the operation mode of a telephone and generates control signals to the output control unit. The output control unit controls direction of current flowing through the telephone according to the control signal, and generates a feedback signal according to any change in the operation mode of the telephone. The voltage converter receives the feedback signal and converts the received power to a suitable output operation voltage according to the feedback signal. The telephone switchboard is capable of providing various operation voltages to the telephone in the different operation modes.

The current macroblock pair and the candidate macroblock pair are sampled according to a sub-sampling pattern, and an error measure between the current and candidate macroblock pairs is calculated. The sub-sampling pattern is constructed by a plurality of repeating units, and each repeating unit is composed of a first and a second pattern unit.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of fabricating a light-emitting diode (LED) device. The method includes providing a wafer. The wafer has light-emitting diode (LED) devices formed thereon. The method includes immersing the wafer into a polymer solution that has a surface tension lower than that of acetic acid. The polymer solution contains a liquid polymer and phosphor particles. The method includes lifting the wafer out of the polymer solution at a substantially constant speed. The method includes drying the wafer. The above processes form a conformal coating layer at least partially around the LED devices. The coating layer includes the phosphor particles. The coating layer also has a substantially uniform thickness.

The area ratio of the non-transparent mesh dots in the semi-transparent region is used to regulate the light transmittance of the semi-transparent region. In another embodiment, the meshed pattern has a plurality of transparent mesh holes. The area ratio of the transparent holes in the semi-transparent region is used to regulate the light transmittance of the semi-transparent region.
