    Abstract: A tire pressure warning device having a detection circuit is mounted to an inflation valve on every tire of a car to implement tire pressure detection. First, a microprocessing controller in the detection circuit sends a tire location ID assigned to every tire to a signal receiving circuit provided in a dashboard of the car. Then, the microprocessing controller detects a tire pressure value of the corresponding tire and uses the detected tire pressure value as a standard pressure point for the tire. Thereafter, the microprocessing controller keeps detecting the tire pressure value of the tire. When a detected new tire pressure value is higher or lower than the standard pressure point by a preset percentage, a wireless RF is transmitted to the signal receiving circuit for the latter to identify the tire with high or low tire pressure and emit an alarm while displaying the tire pressure value.

A direction of the grain of the grain portions of one layer of wind wood unit is different from that of the grain portions of a neighboring layer of wind wood unit, so that the grain portions of one layer of wind wood unit are arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the grain portions of the neighboring layer of wind wood unit, and therefore, the staggered grain portions can enhance the structure strength. Being laminated structures, the wind wood units can offer a better structure elasticity to the baseball bat structure, making the baseball bat structure less likely to crack while extending the service life.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for coding unit-synchronous adaptive loop filtering (ALF) for an image area that is partitioned into a plurality of coding units are disclosed. In a conventional approach, the slice-level bitstream cannot be generated until all coding units in a slice are processed since the ALF filter coefficients are determined based on reconstructed pixels and original pixels of a slice. According to one embodiment, the method processes the coding units in the image area one after the other to generate a CU-level bitstream. The method also reconstructs the coding units to from reconstructed coding units which are subject to adaptive loop filtering. Upon the availability of reconstructed coding units for the image area, the method derives filter coefficients for the ALF filter based on the reconstructed pixels and original pixels in the image area.
