    Abstract: A Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide, a method for preparing the same and use thereof are provided herein, belonging to the technical field of active peptides. The Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide is derived from an enzymolysis extract of a Lentinula edodes fruiting body by flavourzyme and shows a strong ability to enhance saltiness. Compared with the saltiness value of a 4.0 g/L NaCl solution, the Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide could replace about 50% of NaCl, thus reducing salt without reducing saltiness. Moreover, the Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide also has a high umami value and can be used in preparation of low-salt foods including low-salt and flavor-enhancing foods.

    Abstract: A resection apparatus includes a handle body, a catheter communicating with the handle body, and a cutter head assembly disposed at a distal end of the catheter. A steering assembly is disposed on the catheter and includes a first steering point and a second steering point which are disposed on the catheter, and a steering connector for connecting the first steering point and the second steering point. A control assembly for controlling the steering assembly is disposed on the handle body. The bending radius of the catheter at the distal end is adjusted by means of the steering assembly, so that the catheter is shifted towards a predetermined direction; the orientation of the cutter head assembly is controlled, so as to reduce a risk of scraping and perforating a blood vessel, and the ideal blood vessel diameter can be obtained by means of multiple resections.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method and application of decellularized extracellular matrix tissue paper, and belongs to the technical field of regenerative medicine. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) preparing decellularized extracellular matrix materials; (2) preparing tissue paper: homogenizing and stirring the prepared decellularized extracellular matrix materials, then, placing the obtained homogenates on a flat-bottom filter screen to filter out water, standing and air-drying the filtered homogenates, and freeze-drying the homogenates to obtain the tissue paper; (3) cross-linking the tissue paper: cross-linking the tissue paper in a cross-linking solution; and (4) freeze-drying or stacking and compacting the cross-linked tissue paper. According to the present disclosure, the decellularized extracellular matrix tissue paper with tissue specificity is prepared by a traditional paper-making technology combined with a freeze-drying technology.

The negative electrode plate can effectively ameliorate the problem of plate heating, and channels formed by the lithium-replenishing region and the gap region can enable the lithium-ion battery to be effectively impregnated with the electrolyte after electrolyte injection is performed to the lithium-ion battery, thereby improving the energy density of the battery while also improving the service life and kinetic performance of the battery.

Compared with the existing oxidoreductase that is capable of catalyzing nootkatol, the oxidoreductase and the mutant thereof have a good substrate tolerance, a high conversion rate and a high salt tolerance, provide conditions for the synthesis of nootkatone using an enzyme catalytic method in vitro, and achieve the synthesis of nootkatone by means of catalyzing nootkatol in an environmentally-friendly and efficient manner.

A computing device in communication with the smart glasses (or the smart glasses themselves) can identify the type and volume of food being eaten by applying object recognition and volume estimation techniques to the images. Additionally or alternatively, the smart glasses and/or other wearable devices can track a user's eating patterns through the number of bites taken throughout the day by capturing and analyzing hand-to-mouth motions and chewing. The computing device can log the type of food, volume of food, and/or number of bites taken and compute statistics that can be displayed to the user on the smart glasses.

The integrated multiphase hydrogel of the present invention is formed by implanting semigel electrode into semigel electrolyte by injection or printing, wherein the electrolyte hydrogel is prepared by polyvinyl alcohol, phytic acid and sulfuric acid. The electrode hydrogel is prepared from heteropoly acid, polyvinyl alcohol, phytic acid, ammonium persulfate and aniline by heating and then freeze thawing. The hydrogel of the present invention can be directly used as anode and cathode of stretchable electrode of flexible and stretchable supercapacitor without any post-processing. The electrolyte hydrogel can be used as both stretchable electrolyte and elastic substrate.

A simulated image conversion unit executes arithmetic processing corresponding to an image conversion unit and converts a signal from the simulation detector into a simulated image. An ABCC search unit searches for an ABCC parameter with respect to the simulation detector so that an evaluation value obtained from the simulated image becomes a specified reference value, and outputs the ABCC parameter as a search result to an ABCC control unit of the actual machine.

The Prp43 helicase has enhanced ATP hydrolytic or unwinding activity due to introduction of mutations and/or introduction of an auxiliary protein, and can remain binding to the target polynucleotide for a long period of time, thereby allowing the enzyme to control the rate of movement of the polynucleotide continuously and stably at a suitable rate required for sequencing. Thus, the modified or engineered Prp43 helicase mutant of the present application allows for the control of movement of a target polynucleotide in a more advantageous manner, which can be used for nanopore sequencing.
