    Abstract: A pellicle mask assembly includes a mask, a pellicle frame, and a pellicle membrane. The pellicle frame has a bottom side attached to the mask, and a top side covered by the pellicle membrane. The pellicle frame includes a coating on its inner surface and the coating is configured to monitor a change of environment inside the pellicle mask assembly. In embodiments, the change of environment includes increased humidity and/or increased chemical ion density inside the pellicle mask assembly. Methods of making and using the pellicle mask assembly are also disclosed.

    Abstract: Hardcoat formulations are described that cure into interpenetrating crosslinked acrylate polymers and crosslinked epoxy polymers. The epoxy polymers can comprise polysiloxane moieties and/or aliphatic moieties. The acrylate polymers can comprise aliphatic moieties and/or urethane moieties. UV initiator compounds can be used to initiate the curing process upon exposure to UV light. The resulting hardcoat materials are found to exhibit desirable properties. The hardcoat material can be placed over sparse metal transparent conductive layers to provide protection to the conductive layers.

    Abstract: A safety hook includes a hook body and a trigger unit. The hook body has an opening. The trigger unit includes a keeper member and a trigger member. The keeper member is connected to the hook body. The trigger member is connected to the keeper member. The keeper member is operable to pivot relative to the hook body. The trigger member engages the hook body, and is unable to pivot relative to the keeper member so as to block the opening of the hook body when the keeper member is at a released position. The trigger member is moved via the keeper member to be disengaged from the hook body, and is able to pivot to unblock the opening of the hook body when the keeper member is at a pressed position.

    Abstract: An embedded touch-screen display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate sandwiching a driving circuit disposed on the second substrate. The second substrate also carries a touch electrode layer and a first selecting circuit. The driving circuit generates signals of touches and driving signals, and includes a plurality of touch detecting pins and a plurality of controlling pins. The touch electrode layer includes a plurality of touch electrodes. At least two touch electrodes are electrically connected to one touch detecting pin via the first selecting circuit. A touch signal is transmitted between the two touch electrodes and the touch detecting pin. The controlling pin generates signals to the first selecting circuit to establish or cut off electrical connections between the touch detecting pins and the touch electrodes.

The described architecture reduces the need to construct floating-point functions outside the configurable specialized processing block, thereby minimizing hardware cost and area. The disclosed architecture also introduces pipelining into the DSP block in order to ensure the floating-point multiplication and addition functions remain in synchronicity, thereby increasing the maximum frequency at which the DSP block can operate.     Abstract: Herein is described the use of a collection of 50 breast cancer cell lines to match responses to 77 conventional and experimental therapeutic agents with transcriptional, proteomic and genomic subtypes found in primary tumors. Almost all compounds produced strong differential responses across the cell lines produced responses that were associated with transcriptional and proteomic subtypes and produced responses that were associated with recurrent genome copy number abnormalities. These associations can now be incorporated into clinical trials that test subtype markers and clinical responses simultaneously.
