    Abstract: A motor stator includes an insulating frame having a plurality of projecting rods, an induction unit, and a plurality of conductive members. The induction unit includes an induction circuit board, a plurality of induction coils embedded within the induction circuit board, and a plurality of coil windings wound respectively on the projecting rods. The conductive members extend through the insulating frame and the induction circuit board for establishing an electrical connection between each of the induction coils and a corresponding one of the coil windings. The turn numbers of the coil windings are not limited by the area and thickness of the induction circuit board, and can be increased. Alternatively, the coil windings may be positioned to increase the magnetic pole slot number when energized. As such, a driving force of the motor stator can be increased.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating intra-device isolation structure is provided, including providing a semiconductor substrate with a mask layer formed thereover. A plurality of first trenches is formed in the semiconductor substrate and the mask layer. A first insulating layer is formed in the first trenches. The mask layer is partially removed to expose a portion of the first insulating layer in the first trenches. A protection spacer is formed on a sidewall surface of the portion of the first insulating layer exposed by the mask layer to partially expose a portion of the mask layer between the first insulating layer. An etching process is performed to the mask layer exposed by the protection spacer and the semiconductor substrate thereunder, and a plurality of second trenches is formed in the semiconductor substrate and the mask layer. A second insulating layer is formed in the second trenches.

The method includes the steps of: providing a base material including a semiconductor substrate and a first material; forming a plurality of second recesses on the semiconductor substrate; forming a second material in the second recesses; forming a metal layer on the second material and the base material, wherein the metal layer includes a first portion and a second portion; removing the second portion to form a plurality of metal layer openings; to and etching the base material according to the metal layer openings so as to form a plurality of third recesses. Accordingly, the metal layer can overcome the non-selectivity issue during the etching process.

After curing, the refractive index of the lens in contact with the LED die is greater than the refractive index of the lens not directly contacting the LED die. At least one phosphor material is incorporated into the glue material for at least one of the lenses not directly contacting the LED die. The lens directly contacting the LED die may also include one or more phosphor material. A high refractive index coating may be applied between the LED die and the lens.

The invention solves the problems of word segmentation for a language without a word boundary tag, and thus combat the limitations of the prior art in terms of flexibility, dependence upon coverage of dictionaries, available training data corpuses, processing of a new word, etc.

The end of the recess has an etching space bigger than the recess. The top of the silicide substrate has a fin-shaped structure. The two STIs are at the two opposite sides of the silicide substrate (recess). The strain nitride is spacer-formed in the recess and attached to the side wall of the silicide substrate, nitride layer, two STIs. The two doping areas cover the strain nitride. As a result, the efficiency of semiconductor is improved, and the drive current is increased.
