The method includes: obtaining coordinates and noise parameters of the mobile device at a previous moment, the coordinates and the noise parameters at the previous moment being predicted by a Kalman filter model, the previous moment is a previous moment adjacent to a current moment; obtaining several measurement coordinates of the mobile device at the current moment through several measurement modules; predicting coordinates of the mobile device at the current moment through the Kalman filter model based on the several measured coordinates, the coordinates of the previous moment, and the noise parameters of the previous moment; and adjusting the pose of the mobile device at the current moment based on the coordinates of the current moment and a preset trajectory of the mobile device. The pose adjustment method may improve positioning accuracy.

    Abstract: Present invention teaches the method of using a keratin hydrolysis peptide (“KHP”) solution to improve the efficacy of fertilizer usage and absorption by corn crops. By selectively choosing specific weights of feathers and water, and treating the mixture to a high-temperature high-pressure hydrolysis process, the resulting solution is confirmed to contain at least 253 peptides and then infused to the soil in which the corn crops show better growth and development despite fertilizers use may be reduced. Optionally, the KHP solution can be diluted by water, as disclosed in the specification, for applying to the soil around the corn crops.

An inner key is engaged with a key shaft. An outer key is engaged with a keyway in a transmitting gear. The key sleeve is movable on the key shaft along an axial direction. When the outer key of the key sleeve is disengaged from the keyway in the transmitting gear, torque is not transmitted between the transmission gear and the key sleeve.

    Abstract: A planarization method includes the following steps. A silicon layer is deposited on a substrate, and a top surface of the silicon layer includes a lower portion and a bump portion protruding upwards from the lower portion. An ion bombardment etching process is performed to the silicon layer for reducing a surface step height of the silicon layer. The top surface of the silicon layer is etched by the ion bombardment etching process to become a post-etching top surface, and a distance between a topmost portion of the post-etching top surface and a bottommost portion of the post-etching top surface in a vertical direction is less than a distance between a topmost portion of the bump portion and the lower portion in the vertical direction before the ion bombardment etching process. Subsequently, a chemical mechanical polishing process is performed to the post-etching top surface of the silicon layer.

    Abstract: Metal oxide films are reduced to metal with an atmospheric pressure argon and hydrogen plasma at temperatures between 25 and 250° C. A 40-nm-thick copper oxide layer on a copper-coated silicon wafer, 300 mm in diameter, can be fully removed by the argon and hydrogen plasma in under two minutes at 150° C. The fast rate of metal oxide reduction to metal demonstrates that this process is well suited for front- and back-end semiconductor manufacturing, such as for example, flux-free flip chip bonding of microbumps.
