Publication number: 20110052878Abstract: A decorating cloth provided with the effect of stereoscopic vision essentially includes a substrate. The top surface of substrate is formed with a 3D layer. The 3D layer is formed with a plurality of silks made of a thermoplastic material that is interlaced in a three-dimensional space, so the surface of substrate is formed with the effect of stereoscopic vision. Thus, the decorating cloth may be applied to various goods to make the appearance of goods to be formed with three dimensions, the value of cloth being thereby added for better sale. Further, the strips of silks are more stiffened ones, so the article is more washable and wear-proof.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 27, 2009Publication date: March 3, 2011Inventors: Wen-Shan LIN, Hsiu-Mei Lin

Patent number: 7486980Abstract: A bio-monitoring apparatus is disclosed in the present invention which is characterized in that a bio-sensing electrode without a stud member or male portion of a snap fastener is directly integrated with a signal processing module through a conductive layer formed therebetween so as to form the bio-monitoring apparatus functions to transcutaneously sense physiological statuses of a being. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the bio-sensing electrode is further simplified to a contacting layer coupled to the signal processing module through the conductive layer so as to reduce attenuation of signal intensity during signal transmitting. Meanwhile, without the stud member disposed in the electrode, not only the thickness of the electrode is certainly reduced, but also the feeling of comfort is capable of being improved while the electrode is adapted to contact a being.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 2006Date of Patent: February 3, 2009Assignee: Industrial Technology Research InstituteInventors: Wen-Shan Lin, Ting-Chen Ke, Wen-Ying Chang

Patent number: 7459109Abstract: A method for manufacturing foam pads includes a first step of preparing a proper amount of PVC power, DOP curing agent, light calcium carbonate, kaolin, foaming agent and pigment and pouring them into a blending device to be blended and form a liquid starchy material. Next, the liquid starchy material is conveyed into an intermediate material barrel and kept stationary for pre-foaming at normal temperature for about 8 hours and then coated on a conveyer pelt to form a starchy material layer. Subsequently, the starchy material layer is kept stationary and heated at 80-90° C. for about 3-10 minutes and then continuously heated at 185-200° C. for about 20-30 minutes to form an integral-sheeted foam pad. After cooled, the integral-sheeted foam pad is thermo-compressed and cut into various foam pad products.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 2005Date of Patent: December 2, 2008Inventor: Wen Shan Lin

Publication number: 20080093232Abstract: A food material container keeping the temperature inside the container the same as that outside the container has a preset container shape made of material such as plastic by means of injecting molding process. Each wall of the container is formed with many layers of uncountable slender strings having uncountable irregular circles, separated from one another and entangling with one another to form solid. Thus the container has uncountable micro air cells communicating with one another so that air or liquid outside and inside the container flow mutually and smoothly without any dead spot and having a buffering function against food material stored in the container.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 11, 2006Publication date: April 24, 2008Inventor: Wen Shan Lin
