  • Publication number: 20110050633
Abstract: A detector circuit and detect method of a capacitive touch panel conditionally abort detection of useless traces of the capacitive touch panel when the capacitive touch panel detects the traces thereof. For a selected trace, first several digital values obtained by detecting the selected trace are compared with a threshold value to identify whether the selected trace is useful or not, and if the selected trace is identified useless, an abort signal is triggered to abort detection of the selected trace. Therefore, the performance of the capacitive touch panel is improved with higher frame rate and less power consumption.

  • Publication number: 20110050634
Abstract: A detector circuit and detect method of a capacitive touch panel conditionally abort sensing of useless traces of the capacitive touch panel when the capacitive touch panel senses the traces thereof. For a selected trace, the trace voltage thereof is sampled to be compared with a threshold voltage. If the sampled voltage is lower than the threshold voltage, the sensing of this trace is aborted and thus the operation of the detector circuit is reduced to improve the performance of the capacitive touch panel.

  • Publication number: 20110050614
Abstract: Methods are proposed for object positioning for an X-Y projected capacitive touch panel. In an embodiment, capacitance sensing under inphase excitation of traces is applied to set a base value when the capacitive touch panel is not touched and to obtain capacitances at intersections when the capacitive touch panel is touched, and the base value is compared with the measured capacitances to identify touch points. In other embodiments, X-Y projected sensing and all-point sensing are combined to reduce the amount of calculation and achieve the same positioning effect as an all-point capacitive touch panel.

  • Publication number: 20110050632
Abstract: A detect method of a capacitive touch panel alternately senses the traces of the capacitive touch panel to generate two series of fields, interpolates with the first fields to obtain interpolation fields having temporal coordinates identical to that of the second fields, and combines the second fields and the interpolation fields to generate reconstructed frames for coordinate calculation. Therefore, the capacitance sensing sequence of the traces is scheduled in a multi-field way to reduce the operation of the detector circuit of the capacitive touch panel.

  • Patent number: 7548129
Abstract: An integrated tuner includes circuitry to receive a television signal, a quadrature mixer coupled to the output of the circuitry, a polyphase filter coupled to the output of the quadrature mixer, a relaxation oscillator, and a digital calibration module. The relaxation oscillator generates a clock having a period that is directly proportional to the on-chip RC time constant. The clock is fed into a counter of the digital calibration module. The counter is started and stopped at predefined time intervals by a finite state machine. The finite state machine updates the calibration code based on a successive approximation algorithm according to the end count results received from the counter. The digital calibration module outputs the updated calibration code to the polyphase filter and to the relaxation oscillator.

  • Publication number: 20090127557
Abstract: This invention provides a method for fabricating a polysilicon thin film layer, which performs a gas plasma treatment on channel regions defined in the polysilicon thin film layer after the polysilicon thin film layer is formed on a substrate. Threshold voltages for polysilicon thin film transistors formed subsequently are thus adjusted by the gas plasma treatment. A gate insulating layer is formed on the polysilicon thin film layer after the gas plasma treatment.

  • Publication number: 20090005186
Abstract: A horse-riding simulation device contains a seat, a stand, a support member, a power source, a front-back driving member, and a left-right driving member. The device mainly uses belts as the transmission mechanism. Through a belt, a motor of the power source drives an axle of the front-back driving member to spin. The axle in turn drives another axle of the left-right driving member to spin via another belt. The second axle has an eccentric crank shaft connecting to a place of the stand via a shaft. When the crank shaft is spun, the seat pin-joined to the stand is swung to the left and to the right periodically by the shaft.

  • Patent number: 7342784
Abstract: A cooling device for electronic components has a main body, a motor, an adaptor tube, a shaft, a valve assembly, a reservoir, and a delivery tube. The motor is mounted in the main body. The adaptor tube is mounted between the main body and the reservoir and is gradually smaller in diameter from the main body to the reservoir. The shaft connects to the motor, extends into the adaptor tube and has multiple fan blades corresponding to the inside diameter of the adaptor tube. The fan blades blow the air through the adaptor tube into the reservoir to pressurize the air. The pressurized air flows through the delivery tube to contact the electronic component and equalizes to correspond to the atmosphere. The equalizing process of the pressurized air absorbs heat from the electronic component as it expands to cool the electronic component.

  • Publication number: 20070286717
Abstract: A fan apparatus has a frame, a motor and at least one fan blade part. The frame has a through chamber where the motor and the fan blade assembly are configured. The fan blade assembly has a stationary blade and a moving blade. The stationary blade is fixed inside the chamber to go around the motor and has multiple first radial blade parts. The moving blade is coupled to a shaft of the motor and has multiple second radial blade parts. When each first blade part is corresponding to the corresponding second blade part, a first included angle is formed between each first blade part and the corresponding second blade part.
