Results are displayed within the web browser application, the results web page returned from the query submitted to the search engine.

Abstract: A multiple panel glazing unit including at least two glass spacer bars (2) of toughened glass each having, optionally, opposite sides that are chamfered towards a common end surface (8) and which are sealed to the glass panels (22, 24) of multiple panel glazing unit by a transparent or translucent sealant (38). The use of toughened glass spacers allows the manufacture of multiple panel glazing units to meet given operating requirements, e.g. the ability to withstand externally applied forces such as varying differential air pressure of a given magnitude across the unit, with a smaller inter-glazing panel spacing than if glass spacers that are not toughened are used.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses that generate a thumbnail image for each tab in a window based on a snapshot of the window providing interface for a presentation corresponding to the tab are described. An expanded tab bar may be displayed to replace a tab bar inside the window. One or more thumbnail images may be displayed in the expanded tab bar. A user interface operation may be detected on a particular thumbnail image in the expanded tab bar to update the window for providing interface for a particular presentation corresponding to the particular thumbnail.

Abstract: Pipe machining device in the form of a pipe cutting device, pipe gripping device, or pipe rectangular end facing device, including a non-rotating gripping device for gripping a pipe to be machined; a rotatable machining device and a rotatable, motor-drivable tool shaft placed in the rotatable machining device. The rotatable machining device is mechanically connected to the gripping device, and is placed so that it can be rotated at least 360° relative to the gripping device, around a rotation axis that is aligned with a pipe center axis of the pipe to be machined. The rotatable machining device is equipped with a cold-air blower device that has a pressurized air inlet and a pressurized air outlet such that the pressurized air outlet is used as a cold air outlet and directed onto the part of the tool that contacts the pipe during machining, blowing the tool with cold pressurized air.

In one aspect of the invention, an exemplary method of the invention allows a user to directly snapback to a previous accessed document presentation without having to select from a menu of items or go through the intermediate pages. In this method, when a first document presentation is accessed, a first location of the first document presentation is recorded, automatically or manually. Subsequently, when a sequence of additional document presentations originated from the first document presentation is accessed, in response to a first input, without having to select from a menu of items, the first document presentation is directly retrieved from a recorded first location and displayed in a window.

Abstract: Methods of microscopic imaging of biological tissue using adaptive optics technology to improve the image focus and sharpness. Wavefront measurements are taken by using a novel method of seeding biological tissue by using a fluorescent microsphere as a “guide star” as a natural point-source reference. The current methods are capable of improving the Strehl ratio of modern biological microscopes as much as 15 times.

Abstract: A method and system of globally monitoring space weather conditions, use an imager, including one or more telescopic instruments and one or more processors, containing computer program code. The imager is configured on a platform; and positioned in the near Earth space environment, where, based on the executed computer program code, the imager compiles information about space weather conditions, by directly detecting electron emissions on a global basis. Network interfaces coupled with the imager provide, over a communications network, a plurality of communications and information, about space weather conditions, between the imager and a plurality of operational space assets and operational Earth assets. The plurality of communications and information about space weather conditions includes signals and information which automatically alert the plurality of operational space assets and operational Earth assets of effects of a solar wind.

Abstract: A laminar pigment which has hydrolyzed silane coupling agent treated surface is used as a pigment for a powder coating composition. By combining the pigment with a powdery film-forming polymer, a film-forming composition, which can be applied by electrostatic coating is produced. With the addition of leveling agent to the silane treated products, the spray properties of effect pigments are improved. The products of this invention are useful in all types of automotive and industrial paint applications.
