  • Publication number: 20090099021
Abstract: Urea Phosphite is a new composition of matter useful as a fertilizer and as a fungicide. It is made by reacting phosphorous acid with urea. Urea Phosphite is characterized by being a liquid produced in an unprocessed reaction, and by having phosphite as a phosphorus source and urea as a nitrogen source. The reaction products may be separated, blended with an admix and spray dried, or dissolved in water. This new composition of matter avoids the pitfalls of pathological acerbation reported with the use of phosphite fertilizers and fungicides. When blended with an admix, this new composition is also believed to have the ability to break dormancy in temperate fruiting crops.

  • Patent number: 7515650
Abstract: The present invention is related to methods and apparatus that compensate for quadrature impairments of an analog quadrature modulator and/or demodulator over a relatively wide signal bandwidth. One embodiment pre-distorts baseband signals in a quadrature modulator compensation signal processor (QMCSP) to negate the quadrature impairment of an analog quadrature modulator and corrects a received baseband signal in a quadrature demodulator compensation signal processor (QDCSP) to cancel the quadrature impairment of an analog quadrature demodulator. The QMCSP and the QDCSP contain adaptive digital filter correction structures that pre-compensate and post-compensate, respectively, for the quadrature impairments introduced by the analog quadrature modulator and the analog quadrature demodulator over a relatively wide bandwidth.

  • Publication number: 20080293571
Abstract: An insecticide organic fertilizer composition eradicates insects such as imported fire ants (IFA). The insecticide organic fertilizer composition comprises an aqueous homogenized manure extract having an active ingredient, a surfactant, a solvent, and a fatty acid. Active ingredients include botanical insecticides which are subject to degradation after a preselected period of time upon delivery to a soil area. The botanical insecticide is selected from the group consisting of rotenone, pyrethrum, sabadilla (varatrine), neem (azadirachtin), ryania (ryanodine), and mixtures thereof, with rotenone being the preferable botanical insecticide selected. Advantageously, the combination of these components and component amounts renders the botanical insecticide's active ingredients, including rotenone, stable in the aqueous organic manure extract for a predetermined period of time.

  • Publication number: 20070276891
Abstract: A clock signal generator responsive to a frequency control word and a reference clock signal having a reference clock frequency fref. The clock signal generator generates an output clock signal having a frequency fgen, wherein fgen is less than fref. A modulo-N counter accepts the reference clock signal as input. The modulo-N counter generates a phase-indication signal of the reference clock. The phase indication signal has N clock phases repeating at a frequency of fref/N. An accumulator iteratively accumulates a frequency control word into a modulo-N adder and produces an accumulated value. One or more bits of the accumulated value is fed-back into the modulo-N adder for adding modulo N to the accumulated value in the next iteration. N of the modulo-N adder is the same integer as in the modulo-N counter.

  • Publication number: 20070203815
Abstract: A system is shown for aggregating tax data for parcels of real property that are subject to taxation in a plurality of governmental taxing jurisdictions. The data is aggregated by a service provider, who in turn provides the data to a variety of users using consistent or customized data formats. Some users make use of the data for reference, while others make payments on the tax accounts for the various parcels. The service provider charges some users a subscription fee for access to the data, and for some users adds a service charge when payments are made through the service provider based on the data.

  • Patent number: 7255649
Abstract: A golf putting training device is provided which allows a golfer to practice distance control in a confined area by displaying an estimate of how far a golf ball would have traveled on a green having a selected stimp value after being struck with a putter and subsequently colliding with a target strike plate of the training device. The golf putting training device includes a housing and rear stabilization plate, a target strike plate, a doppler microwave speed sensor, an impact sensor, a green speed selector, a distance display, an audible beeper, and a microcontroller which calculates the putting distance based on the measurement of the speed of the rolling golf ball prior to impact and the stimp setting selected. An audible beeper provides an indication of the rolling progress of the simulated roll of the golf ball past the target strike plate.
