    Abstract: A lamp holder for an LED lamp string includes a base and an LED luminaire. The LED luminaire is inserted into the base. The base includes a casing, a cover, and a tail plug which are axially symmetric structures. The combination of the casing, cover and tail plug form a pin insertion hole of the LED luminaire and a wire inserting hole of a connecting wire of the lamp string, and the three are combined as a whole by a latch member, a latch slot, and a latch member. The cover and the tail plug seal an electrically conductive portion of the LED luminaire to provide a waterproof and dustproof effect. Since the casing, cover and tail plug are bilaterally symmetric structures, the level of difficulty of the alignment is reduced significantly. Automated equipment may be used for assembling the base in mass production, and the labor is reduced significantly.

    Abstract: An LED lamp holder for a waterproof lamp string includes a plastic casing and an LED luminaire. The LED luminaire includes a light emitting chip, an epoxy resin member, and a pin. The cylindrical epoxy resin member is in an inverted T-shape and has a large-diameter section and a small-diameter section. The plastic casing is in a circular tubular shape and has an LED connecting hole at the front and a wire exit at the rear. The plastic casing is filled up with a plastic filler. The points at the pins and the connecting wire are packaged with plastic. During the operation of the present invention, the light emitted by the light emitting chip is emitted directly from the small-diameter section of the epoxy resin member without being affected by the plastic casing and the color difference of the internal filled plastic filler.

Provided are a single-layer capacitive touch sensor and a touch control terminal, wherein a substrate of the single-layer capacitive touch sensor is distributed with several rows of induction electrode and drive electrode pairs with electrode extension parts mutually interlocked, and several ground electrodes located between saturated surfaces of adjacent induction electrodes. According to the present invention, two types of electrodes are designed into an interlocking shape, a capacitive structure is formed through interlocked parts, making wiring simpler, and furthermore, the ground electrodes are added on the substrate, and an area to the ground is enlarged, thereby reducing a suspension effect.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a PCB includes certain steps. A printed circuit board sheet is provided. The printed circuit board includes an unwanted portion and a printed circuit board unit which includes a plurality of contact pads. An imaginary boundary line is defined between the printed circuit board unit and the unwanted portion. Each of the contact pads defines an outline. A nearest distance between the outline and the imaginary boundary line is less than 4 millimeters. The printed circuit board sheet is punched along the imaginary boundary line, forming one hollow portion or a plurality of through slots. A plurality of burrs is generated on an inner surface of the hollow portion or the through slots. The burrs are removed using a low-energy laser cutting process, thereby obtaining a printed circuit board. A laser power used in the low-energy laser cutting process is 5-8 watts.
