    Abstract: The present invention discloses a packaging box that displays different images when open and closed, which comprises an outer box body and an inner box body. A display window is provided on the upper face of the outer box body. Different images are displayed in the display window on the unfolded surface or the closed surface. The unfolded surface is fixed in the display window. Opening and closing the inner box body drives the lateral movement of the closed surface to display the image on the unfolded surface or the image on the closed surface in the display window. The invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the packaging box.

    Abstract: A method is provided for casting a component. Accordingly, data indicative of at least one location of a unitary core-shell mold which is susceptible to a stress concentration is received. An additive manufacturing process is employed to form the unitary core-shell mold defining a casting cavity. The unitary core-shell mold includes a shell wall defining an outer component shape and a core wall positioned inward of the shell wall. The core wall defines an inner component shape. The core wall and/or the shell wall defines at least one reinforcement recess adjacent to the at least one location which is susceptible to the stress concentration. Following the forming of the unitary core-shell mold, at least one support member is positioned within the reinforcement recess in contact with the at least one location. With the support member in place, the component is cast within the casting cavity.

    Abstract: A multimodal fusion detection apparatus and method based on optical pumping and photoacoustic imaging are provided, relating to the field of fusion detection technology. In the apparatus, the atomic vapor cell detection path and the first laser irradiation path are both directed toward a target region and at least partially overlap. In this way, the detection paths of optical pumping and photoacoustic imaging are at least partially coincident, ensuring that electrophysiological signals and blood oxygen signals originate from the same tissue region and avoiding the spacing constraints of conventional sensors. Thus, the detection path of the atomic vapor cell can be used for both magnetic field detection and photoacoustic detection, enabling simultaneous acquisition of magnetic and photoacoustic signals at a single detection point, achieving hardware reuse for multimodal fusion detection at the same location and time, reducing device size, and minimizing crosstalk among multimodal sensors.

In the method, a grayscale image of the tunnel to be detected is obtained, the grayscale image is then input into a trained feature recognition model, to obtain a feature atlas is corresponding to the grayscale image, and then a quality recognition result of the tunnel to be detected is determined according to the feature atlas. In the present application, the feature recognition model is obtained by means of the self-supervised learning according to an unlabeled image set and a labeled image set, and the unlabeled image set is directly utilized to train the recognition model, which not only improves the efficiency of training the tunnel recognition model, but also improves the accuracy of tunnel quality detection results.

The bispecific antibody of the present invention can maximize the anti-tumor drug effect, improve the selectivity of CD40 activation by means of PD-L1-dependent CD40 activation, and lower the toxic and side effects of the CD40 agonistic antibody.
