  • Publication number: 20250044412
Abstract: A method for a quality detection of tunnel lining through ground-penetrating radar based on self-supervised learning. In the method, a grayscale image of the tunnel to be detected is obtained, the grayscale image is then input into a trained feature recognition model, to obtain a feature atlas is corresponding to the grayscale image, and then a quality recognition result of the tunnel to be detected is determined according to the feature atlas. In the present application, the feature recognition model is obtained by means of the self-supervised learning according to an unlabeled image set and a labeled image set, and the unlabeled image set is directly utilized to train the recognition model, which not only improves the efficiency of training the tunnel recognition model, but also improves the accuracy of tunnel quality detection results.

  • Patent number: 12168309
Abstract: A method is provided for casting a component. Accordingly, data indicative of at least one location of a unitary core-shell mold which is susceptible to a stress concentration is received. An additive manufacturing process is employed to form the unitary core-shell mold defining a casting cavity. The unitary core-shell mold includes a shell wall defining an outer component shape and a core wall positioned inward of the shell wall. The core wall defines an inner component shape. The core wall and/or the shell wall defines at least one reinforcement recess adjacent to the at least one location which is susceptible to the stress concentration. Following the forming of the unitary core-shell mold, at least one support member is positioned within the reinforcement recess in contact with the at least one location. • Publication number: 20240412099
Abstract: Computer implemented methods, systems, and computer program products include program code executing on a processor(s) that obtain temporal input from computing resources. The processor(s) extracts patterns from the temporal input, determine if relevant domain knowledge is available. If relevant data is available, the processor(s) utilizes it to identify patterns indicating anomalous workloads, label data in the patterns, and generate anomaly scores. If relevant data is not available, the processor(s) applies unsupervised anomaly detection algorithm(s) to identify patterns as indicative of anomalous workloads and label these data. The processor(s) generates anomaly scores for the labeled data and unlabeled data. The processor(s) determine which patterns indicates anomalous data or normal data by comparing relevant anomaly scores to a pre-defined threshold.

  • Patent number: 12160977
Abstract: A liquid cooled plate and an electronic computing device are provided. The liquid cooled plate includes multiple channels communicated in sequence, and adjacent channels are communicated via a communicating portion. Multiple partitions divide each of the channels to multiple flow passages, and a part of each of the partitions extends into the communicating portion, and lengths of the multiple partitions extending into the communicating portion gradually increases or decreases according to a preset rule. With this arrangement, the coolant can be collected and redistributed before entering the next channel, which is more conducive to the uniform distribution of the coolant, thereby improving the overall heat exchange capacity of the liquid cooled plate, and thus can better meet the actual usage requirements.
