    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a treatment process and treatment system of enhanced up-flow multiphase wastewater oxidation. The treatment process includes the following steps: 1) the wastewater is fed into the up-flow multiphase wastewater oxidation system for oxidation treatment; 2) the wastewater is fed to the solid-liquid separation system for solid-liquid separation, the separated heterogeneous catalytic carrier (5) is fed back to the up-flow multiphase wastewater oxidation system, and the wastewater is fed to the neutralization and degassing system; 3) the wastewater is fed to the neutralization and degassing system to adjust a pH of the wastewater to 5.5-7.5, and then is degassed by stirring; 4) the wastewater is fed to the flocculation and sedimentation system for sludge-water separation, a supernatant is discharged, and an outward harmless treatment is performed after a pressure filtration of a sedimentary iron sludge.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide a method of additively manufacturing a part including depositing a layer of a powder on a working surface, depositing a binder solution on the layer of the powder at first locations, and depositing a sintering aid solution on the layer of the powder at second locations. The sintering aid solution comprises a sintering aid in a solvent. In various embodiments, the sintering aid enables an increased brown strength as compared to parts containing unbound powder. The method enables binders that provide high green strength to be used at the edges of the part, while also balancing a shortened debind time with an increased brown strength. Embodiments in which binder solution is deposited according to a predetermined pattern at second locations are also described.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to partial integrated core-shell investment casting molds that can be assembled into complete molds. Each section of the partial mold may contain both a portion of a core and portion of a shell. Each section can then be assembled into a mold for casting of a metal part. The partial integrated core-shell investment casting molds and the complete molds may be provided with filament structures corresponding to cooling hole patterns on the surface of the turbine blade or the stator vane, which provides a leaching pathway for the core portion after metal casting. The invention also relates to core filaments that can be used to supplement the leaching pathway, for example in a core tip portion of the mold.

An actuator is operably coupled with the stage and is configured to move the stage in a Z-axis direction to place the stage in a removal position. The thickness of the deposited resin layer can be controlled such that it varies from side to side. The thickness can also be controlled such that it varies with time.

    Abstract: An approach for end-to-end anomaly detection and anomalous patterns identification is disclosed. The approach leverages the use of a GMM-LASSO (a selection operator-type, Lasso-type, generalized method of moments (GMM) estimator) algorithm and proposes a feedback loop where the window (i.e., anomalous window) is detected and then it is used to detect the anomalous patterns. For example, the approach can classify one or more sequential data; generates one or more vectors based on the one or more sequential data; clusters the one or more vectors into one or more clusters; determines a membership of the one or more vectors associated with the one or more clusters; updates the one or more clusters; and optimizes the one or more clusters with respect to a predefined threshold.
