    Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein for a memory system that compensates for different programming speeds in two sets of memory cells when reading those two sets of memory cells. The memory system programs a group of the memory cells to one or more data states. In one aspect, the memory cells are not verified during programming. The group has a first set of memory cells that program at a first speed and a second set of memory cells that program at a second speed. The memory system reads the first set of the memory cells with a first set of read parameters and reads the second set of the memory cells with a second set of read parameters. The first set of read parameters are different from the second set of read parameters to compensate for the different programming speeds.

The method may further include determining a slowness range, estimating a downward guided wave noise by stacking the one or more acoustic signals based at least in part on a positive slowness, estimating an upward guided wave noise by stacking the one or more acoustic signals based at least in part on a negative slowness, and identifying a dominant direction of propagation. The method may further include identifying a slowness from a highest stacked amplitude for the dominant direction of propagation, estimating a downward guided wave noise with the slowness, estimating an upward guided wave noise with the slowness, and subtracting the downward guided wave noise and the upward guided wave noise.

Indoor remolding rock cores or in situ site rock cores without hydrate can be scanned by CT; a sediment matrix image stack and a pore image stack are obtained by gray threshold segmentation; then, a series of pore-filling hydrate image stacks with different saturations are constructed through image morphological processing of the pore image stack such as erosion, dilation and image subtraction operation; and a series of digital rock core image stacks of the pore-filling hydrate sediment with different saturations are formed through image subtraction operation and splicing operation to provide a relatively real 3D model for the numerical simulation work of the basic physical properties of a reservoir of natural gas hydrate.
