    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to titanium alloy powder for selective laser melting (SLM) 3D printing, an SLM titanium alloy and the preparation thereof. The used titanium alloy powder comprises the following element components by weight percentage: 2.0 to 4.5% of Al, and 3.0 to 4.5% of V, with the balance being Ti and inevitable impurities. During preparation, a titanium sponge and an Al—V alloy are mixed and pressed into a block as a melting electrode; the titanium alloy ingot having good uniformity is obtained after smelting by using a vacuum consumable electric arc furnace for three times; and the ingot is forged twice and processed into a bar for powder-making. The bar for powder-making is subjected to processes such as washing and drying, atomizing, sieving, and airflow classification to prepare SLM titanium alloy powder. The titanium alloy powder is melted and stacked layer by layer by means of SLM equipment to finally obtain an SML titanium alloy block.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for constructing a surface stress distribution cloud map based on critical refraction longitudinal wave detection. The method comprises: firstly, meshing a surface of a detected article; secondly, The mean transverse stress on different grid lines and the mean longitudinal stress on different grid lines were obtained by the critical refraction longitudinal wave detection method; next, calculating the equivalent stress of each mesh node according to the mean transverse stress on different mesh transverse lines and the mean longitudinal stress on different mesh longitudinal lines on the surface of the detected article; and finally, drawing a stress distribution cloud map of the surface of the detected article according to the equivalent stress. The present invention can obtain the stress situations at different points on the surface of the detected article.

    Abstract: The chemically cross-linked hydrogel is a hydrogel formed by reaction of silk with a crosslinking agent, and the crosslinking agent is a diglycidyl ether crosslinking agent. The hydrogel is obtained by dissolving silk fibers in a lithium bromide solution and crosslinking through the crosslinking agent. The hydrogel has good elasticity, and can recover more than 90% of its volume/height after being compressed for 100 cycles with a compressive deformation of 20%. The silk is very stable in matrix structure and mechanical properties. After incubation in PBS at 37° C. for 30 days, the content of ?-sheets in the secondary structure elements of the silk is less than or equal to 40%, and its compressive modulus is less than or equal to 100% (with a compressive deformation of 20%). The hydrogel has good biocompatibility and adjustable biodegradability, and can be used for repairing or filling tissues in subjects.
