The method of transmitting an electronic voucher through a short message includes converting an electronic voucher to be transmitted into a bit stream; mapping each n-bits of the bit stream to any one text character of one of a plurality of text character groups, wherein text characters in each of the text character groups have at least one same or similar feature, and bit number n corresponding to each text character depends on the number m of the text character groups; arranging the text characters obtained through the mapping into a character sequence; and transmitting the character sequence through a short message. The present invention greatly reduces the cost for issuing an electronic voucher, significantly increases the convenience and apparently improves the safety and the stability.

For example, various tools such as clamps may be made using parts containing a compound or alloy including magnesium. Magnesium may be for cast or extruded parts. In one embodiment, an “F” style clamp may be made with one or both of the two cooperating jaw members or sections being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In one variation, the “F” style clamp may include a shaft made from extruded magnesium. In another embodiment, a “C” style clamp may be made with the “C” shaped frame being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In a further embodiment, a bar clamp having trigger indexing may be made with one or both of two jaw members or sections being cast from a magnesium compound or alloy. In a variation, the bar may be an extruded magnesium.

    Abstract: A fan assembly includes a rack, a fan, and a shield. The rack defines a first vent opening and a second vent opening. A pair of notches are located adjacent the first vent opening. The fan is aligned with the second vent opening. The shield is aligned with the first vent opening. A pair of symmetrical locks are connected to the shield. Each of the pair of locks includes an engaging tab which comprises a slant guiding edge. The engaging tabs are configured to move between a locking position and a release position. In the locking position, the engaging tabs are engaged in the pair of notches to secure the shield in the rack. In the release position, the engaging tabs are guided by the guiding edges to escape from the pair of notches by elastically bent the pair of locks towards each other.
