The memory device includes an anti-ferromagnetic material (AFM) pinning layer in contact with a bit line access electrode. The memory device also includes a pinned layer in contact with the AFM pinning layer, a tunnel barrier layer in contact with the pinned layer, and a free layer in contact with the tunnel barrier layer. The memory device includes a spin torque enhancing layer in contact with the free layer and in contact with an access transistor electrode. The spin torque enhancing layer is configured to substantially reduce spin pumping induced damping of the free layer.

The E-liquid storage tank assembly and the vaporizer assembly are slidedly and rotatably connected through an E-liquid storage tank connector and a silicone gel sealing cover. When a user uses the electronic cigarette, the user pushes the E-liquid storage tank assembly down from an up position, and rotates the vaporizer assembly using an E-liquid separation control handler from a first position to a second position to allow E-liquid in the E-liquid storage tank to flow into a cylindrical E-liquid storage medium to be vaporized by one or more heating elements formed between a first E-liquid storage tank base opening and a first vaporizer E-liquid opening, and a second E-liquid storage tank base opening and a second vaporizer E-liquid opening.

The vapor guides are placed between vaporizer shields and the e-liquid medium. The vaporizing chamber side cover is configured to surround the first vaporizer shield and the second vaporizer shield, the e-liquid medium. The vaporizing chamber side cover defines two e-liquid conduit openings, one on each side of the e-liquid medium.

An MRAM bit cell process variation measurement circuit (PVMC) is configured to measure process variations in MTJs that affect MTJ resistance, which can change write current at a given fixed supply voltage applied to an MRAM bit cell. The MRAM bit cell PVMC may also be configured to measure process variations in logic circuits representing process variations in access transistors employed in MRAM bit cells. These measured process variations in MTJs and/or logic circuits are used to dynamically determine a supply voltage for access operations to MRAM.
