Then, the terminal determines a quasi-co-location relationship between a plurality of antenna ports of the first reference signal resource based on the quasi-co-location indication information.

One example method includes generating and sending a channel state information (CSI) report by a terminal device. A network device determines a precoding vector of one or more frequency domain units based on the CSI report. The CSI report is used to indicate M space-frequency units and a weighting coefficient of a part or all of the M space-frequency units, each of the M space-frequency units corresponds to one beam vector and one frequency domain vector, and a weighted sum of the part or all of the M space-frequency units is used to determine the precoding vector of the one or more frequency domain units.

    Abstract: Polarization-independent focusing is advantageously achieved by a multifocal system having a polarization beam splitter (PBS) to split an unpolarized light beam into two orthogonally linearly-polarized (LP) light beams. The two LP light beams are reflected by mirrors to travel in opposite directions and enter into a variable-focusing module at two ends thereof, respectively. The module includes waveplates to convert the LP light beams into two circularly-polarized (CP) light beams at both ends of an optical assembly. The optical assembly is formed with a stack of birefringent optical elements including at least one geometric phase lens and one polarization selector that may be electrically modulated to select the optical power in focusing the two CP light beams. Followed by the waveplates converting two focused CP light beams to two focused LP light beams and upon mirror reflection, the beams are finally recombined by the PBS to form one focused light beam.

    Abstract: This application provides a UCI sending and receiving method and a communications apparatus. In the method, an association relationship between a PUCCH and a PUSCH is established, so that when resources of the PUSCH and the PUCCH overlap, a terminal device can determine UCI on which PUCCHs can be transmitted by multiplexing the resource of the PUSCH. A network device may receive the UCI on the PUSCH. Because the network device may know in advance which PUCCHs and PUSCHs are sent to the network device, the network device can demodulate and decode a signal on the received PUSCHs, to successfully obtain UCI. The network device can make a proper decision based on the UCI.
