    Abstract: A three-stage degassing and dewatering device includes a first-stage degasser, a second-stage degasser, an oil drainer, a rod electrode, a dewaterer, and a water drainer. The first-stage degasser implements a first-stage axial-flow type collision buffer degassing and dewatering operation, forming a first-stage crude oil after removing some of the gas and water in the gas-containing and water-containing crude oil. The second-stage degasser implements a second-stage elevated efficient degassing operation, forming a second-stage crude oil after removing the remaining gas in the first-stage crude oil. The rod electrode constructs a dynamic electric field with a high frequency and a high voltage, and implements a third-stage high-frequency and high-voltage rapid dewatering operation together with the dewaterer, forming a qualified crude oil after removing the remaining water in the crude oil emulsion.

    Abstract: A method and device for controlling viscosity of asphalt rubber based on a current variation are provided. The method includes processing asphalt rubber raw materials with a first preset proportion, and shearing the processed asphalt rubber; obtaining a shearing current, pumping and discharging the sheared asphalt rubber; obtaining a discharging current, and obtaining the viscosity of the pumped asphalt rubber according to the discharging current and the viscosity-discharging current correlation relationship. The method includes comparing the viscosity with a preset viscosity; outputting the pumped asphalt rubber as finished asphalt rubber when the viscosity is equal to the preset viscosity. The method includes adjusting the viscosity according to the discharging current. Double-current control is adopted, so that the whole-process control of the processing viscosity of the asphalt rubber is realized, and the control accuracy of the viscosity is improved.

    Abstract: A startup control method for a DC/DC converter is used for starting the DC/DC converter with energy transferred from a low-voltage side to a high-voltage side, and includes: determining a duty cycle or a frequency of a driving signal based on at least a voltage spike reference value and a voltage spike measurement value of a power switch at the low-voltage side; and outputting the driving signal to the power switch, thereby controlling the on and off of the power switch. The startup control method for a DC/DC converter of the disclosure can improve a reverse charging power of the converter to the maximum extent and reduce the time needed for charging a bus capacitor during a reverse startup process while ensuring voltage stress on the power switch not to exceed a limit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a light-weight flexible high-thermal-conductivity nano-carbon composite film and a method for preparing same. The nano-carbon composite film includes a plurality of composite units laminated sequentially. The, composite unit includes flexible adhesive layers and a graphene film layer, and the flexible adhesive layers are disposed on both sides of the graphene film layer. The preparation method includes sequentially laminating the composite units and hot pressing to obtain the nano-carbon composite film. The nano-carbon composite film has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, light weight and flexibility, and has an in-plane thermal conductivity of up to 500 W/m·K or higher, a density of 2.0 g/cm3 or less, and still a thermal conductivity of 500 W/m·K or higher after the nano-carbon composite film is repeatedly bent by 180° for 50 times while there is no peeling of graphene from the surface.
