Abstract: A communication method and a device are provided. The method includes: generating, by a first terminal device, first data, where the first data includes second data, the second data includes third data and an identifier of the first terminal device, the second data is data that needs to be reported by the first terminal device to a network device, and the identifier of the first terminal device is used to determine the first terminal device; and sending, by the first terminal device, the first data to a second terminal device when a connection to the network device is not established. Power consumption of the first terminal device can be reduced by using the method and the device in the present disclosure.

Abstract: A method and system for transferring user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system are provided. According to the method, a source core (CN) network determines to transfer a UE that it serves and sends a transfer instruction carrying UE transfer restriction information to the UE; an access network receives a transfer request that is sent by the UE according to the restriction information carried in the transfer instruction; the access network selects a target CN entity that is different from the source CN entity for the UE; and the UE is transferred to the target CN entity. The method and system provided by the disclosure are applicable to user transferring between CN entities in any communication network. The transferring is initiated by a network side entity, and a more preferable CN entity is selected for the UE to provide a better service.

Abstract: A method and system for transferring user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system are provided. Abstract: Method and system for setting up a bearer are disclosed. The bearer setup method includes these steps: a packet data network gateway (PGW) obtains first quality of service (QoS) information and a first bearer identifier (ID), and sets up a bearer between the PGW and a radio access network (RAN) according to the first QoS information, where the bearer is associated with the first bearer ID; the RAN sets up a radio bearer (RB) with a user equipment (UE) according to second QoS information associated with the first QoS information, where the RB is associated with a second bearer ID associated with the first bearer ID.

Abstract: A message transmission method and a message transmission apparatus are provided. The message transmission method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, network congestion control configuration information; processing, by the terminal according to the network congestion control configuration information, a message generated by the terminal, and obtaining the processed message; and sending, by the terminal, the processed message. According to the method, a message generated by the terminal can be processed flexibly to relieve a network congestion problem in the Internet of vehicles.

Abstract: In a method for accessing a legacy wireless network, a radio access network (RAN) node in the legacy wireless network receives an access message sent by a User Equipment (UE) attempting to access the legacy wireless network. The access message includes mobility management entity (MME) information identifying an MME accessed by the UE in an evolved network. The MME information is added by the UE from a temporary identity (ID) allocated by the MME to a first P-Temporary Mobile Station Identity (P-TMSI) in the access message. The RAN node selects a corresponding Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) in the legacy wireless network for the UE according to the first P-TMSI in the access message.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for transmitting data are included in a wireless network. The apparatus for transmitting data in a wireless network receives a status data packet sent by an upper layer, where the status data packet includes status information of the transmit end in a current status; discards, when there is a cached previous-status data packet, the previous-status data packet and caches the status data packet, where the previous-status data packet includes status information of the transmit end in a previous status; and sends the status data packet to a receive end when obtaining a sending resource, where the previous-status data packet and the status data packet have a same feature. In this way, a data packet delay is reduced; and in an application scenario of the Internet of Vehicles, timely data exchange between vehicles is ensured, and vehicle driving safety is improved.

Abstract: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.

Abstract: A terminal obtains network congestion control configuration information. The terminal processes a message generated by the terminal according to the network congestion control configuration information and obtains the processed message. Then the terminal sends the processed message. Therefore, the message generated by the terminal can be processed flexibly to relieve a network congestion problem in the Internet of vehicles.

Abstract: A method and device for accessing and obtaining user equipment (UE) context and UE identity are provided. The method for access includes: when a UE accesses a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) network, judging, by a network node, whether a Globally Unique Mobility Management Entity Identifier (GUMMEI) carried by the UE or a Mobility Management Entity Group Identity (MMEGI) in the GUMMEI is allocated or mapped by the SAE network; if the GUMMEI or MMEGI is allocated by the SAE network, selecting, by the network node, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) according to the GUMMEIA network device includes an identity attribute obtaining module and a network resource node allocation module. Therefore, the access of the UE is achieved.

Abstract: Media access control MAC payloads corresponding to a plurality of receiving devices are encapsulated in one MAC packet data unit (PDU), where the MAC PDU includes a header, the MAC payloads and identification information of each receiving device in the plurality of receiving devices; and the header includes a plurality of subheaders, the plurality of subheaders is subheaders respectively corresponding to a MAC payload corresponding to each receiving device, the MAC payload corresponding to each receiving device includes a MAC control element (CE) and/or a MAC service data unit (SDU), and the identification information is used for identifying each receiving device. In the foregoing solutions, transmission of a MAC PDU during multi-user cooperated communication is implemented.

In embodiments of the present invention, an acquiring module acquires a first maximum downlink delay tolerance (MDDT) sent by a core network entity, and provides the first MDDT to a determining module, where the first MDDT indicates a maximum delay tolerance value corresponding to processing, by the apparatus, downlink data of all services on the apparatus; the determining module determines time information of a first MDDT timer by using the first MDDT; and a changing module changes a UE status according to the time information of the first MDDT timer determined by the determining module or changes a UE status according to time information of a first IST.

Thus, the electric quantity of a battery can be saved, so that a UE can reduce power consumption.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a data shunting method, a data transmission device and a shunting node device, the data shunting method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: acquiring the number of to-be-transmitted shunted data packets which are cached in the shunting node device; when the number of the to-be-transmitted shunted data packets is less than a first threshold value, transmitting shunted data to the shunting node device, otherwise, not transmitting the shunted data to the shunting node device. The data shunting method provided in the embodiments of the present invention enables the data transmission device to provide the shunting node device with an appropriate shunted data rate.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.

Abstract: The present invention provides a control information sending method, user equipment, and a network side device, where the control information sending method includes: determining, by the user equipment, to change an accessed control channel from a first control channel to a second control channel; sending, by the user equipment, indication information of the second control channel to a network side device, so that the network side device sends control information to the user equipment over the second control channel according to the indication information of the second control channel. By using the technical solutions provided in embodiments of the present invention, control information sending efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: A service control method for a machine type communications (MTC) device and a related apparatus, where the method includes receiving, by an access-network network element, a paging request message from a core-network network element, wherein the paging request message carries device type indication information of a paged user equipment (UE), determining a device type of the UE according to the device type indication information of the UE, and paging the UE using a dedicated paging resource allocated to an MTC device when the UE is the MTC device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a downlink data transmission method, base station, and serving gateway on an LTE network. The method includes: learning, by an eNB, that a UE needs to be paged, when an S1 bearer is retained and a radio bearer is released; paging, by the eNB, the UE and re-establishing a radio bearer between the eNB and the UE; and sending, by the eNB, downlink data, which is received from an S-GW, to the UE through the re-established radio bearer. Embodiments of the present invention can ensure correct transmission of downlink data, and avoid data loss.
