Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a short range communications method, device, and system, and relate to the field of communications, so that a UE can distinguish, on a short range link, a radio bearer corresponding to transmission of data information. The method includes: establishing, by a benefited UE, a mapping between a short range bearer and a first radio bearer, where a mapping is performed between the short range bearer and a second radio bearer on a supporting UE side, and a mapping is performed between the first radio bearer and the second radio bearer on a base station side; and performing, by the benefited UE, data receiving and sending by using the mapping between the first radio bearer and the short range bearer.

Abstract: A method and device for accessing and obtaining user equipment (UE) context and UE identity are provided. The method for access includes: when a UE accesses a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) network, judging, by a network node, whether a Globally Unique Mobility Management Entity Identifier (GUMMEI) carried by the UE or a Mobility Management Entity Group Identity (MMEGI) in the GUMMEI is allocated or mapped by the SAE network; if the GUMMEI or MMEGI is allocated by the SAE network, selecting, by the network node, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) according to the GUMMEIA network device includes an identity attribute obtaining module and a network resource node allocation module. Therefore, the access of the UE is achieved.

Abstract: In a method for accessing a legacy wireless network, a radio access network (RAN) node in the legacy wireless network receives an access message sent by a User Equipment (UE) attempting to access the legacy wireless network. The access message includes mobility management entity (MME) information identifying an MME accessed by the UE in an evolved network. The MME information is added by the UE from a temporary identity (ID) allocated by the MME to a first P-Temporary Mobile Station Identity (P-TMSI) in the access message. The RAN node selects a corresponding Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) in the legacy wireless network for the UE according to the first P-TMSI in the access message.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cooperative communication method and system, an access network device, and a user equipment. The method includes, when a access network device receives downlink data belonging to a first user equipment UE, if it is determined that a supporting UE in a support list of the first UE cannot serve as a current supporting UE of the downlink data, establishing a cooperative communication relationship between a second UE and the first UE, that is, setting the second UE as the current supporting UE of the first UE. The second UE is another UE except the first UE and the supporting UE in the support list of the first UE. The downlink data is sent to the second UE, so that the second UE sends the downlink data to the first UE.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a downlink information sending method, the sending method includes: allocating a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) and an extension identifier to first user device user device, where a combination of the extension identifier and the C-RNTI is used to identify the first user device; notifying the first user device of the C-RNTI and the extension identifier; scrambling downlink control information (DCI) of the first user device by using the C-RNTI; and sending the scrambled DCI, where the scrambled DCI carries the C-RNTI and the extension identifier, so that the first user device communicates with a network according to the DCI when determining that the notified C-RNTI and the C-RNTI in the scrambled DCI are the same and the notified extension identifier and the extension identifier carried in the DCI are the same.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cooperative communication processing method, the method includes: acquiring report information of a first communication device, where the first communication device is a supporting device or a benefited device; and if it is determined, according to the report information of the first communication device, that the first communication device needs to perform a communication handover, executing the following steps: sending a connection configuration message to the first communication device, so that the first communication device releases a cooperative bearer context between the first communication device and a source eNB; and sending a connection configuration message to a second communication device. According to the present invention, release or maintenance processing of a cooperative relationship between cooperative communication devices in a communication handover process can be implemented.

Abstract: An account authentication method performed at a server, including: receiving a login request sent by an initiating terminal; searching, among binding relationships between initiating terminal identifiers, authentication terminal identifiers, and registered biological characteristic information according to the first terminal's identifier, a matching target binding relationship; when found, sending an authentication request to an authentication terminal corresponding to an authentication terminal identifier; receiving biological characteristic information that is sent by the authentication terminal, and determining, through comparison, whether the biological characteristic information is consistent with registered biological characteristic information included in the target binding relationship; and if so, authenticating the login request.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a connection setup method, apparatus, and system. The method in the present invention includes: sending information about to-be-provided connection request resources to a user equipment UE set; receiving a connection request message that is sent on a selected connection request resource by one UE in the user equipment set; acquiring a first information segment of a radio resource control connection request of the UE according to the selected connection request resource and the mapping relationship; receiving a radio resource control connection request message that is sent, by the UE, on a radio resource that corresponds to the resource scheduling information; and determining radio resource control connection request information of the UE according to the first information segment of the radio resource control connection request and a second information segment of the radio resource control connection request.

The method includes: acquiring, by a first NodeB eNB, alarm event EM information reported by a user terminal UE; sending, by the first eNB, an EM notification that includes the EM information to at least one eNB that needs to be notified of the EM information, so that the at least one eNB sends the EM notification to a UE of the at least one eNB; and sending, by the first eNB, the EM notification that includes the EM information to a UE of the first eNB. By using the method, the apparatus, and the system according to the embodiments of the present invention, a signaling interaction process for alarm event handling in an emergency case is shortened, thereby greatly shortening a communications delay of a cellular network communications system and greatly reducing system load.

Abstract: A message transmission method and a message transmission apparatus are provided. The message transmission method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, network congestion control configuration information; processing, by the terminal according to the network congestion control configuration information, a message generated by the terminal, and obtaining the processed message; and sending, by the terminal, the processed message. According to the method, a message generated by the terminal can be processed flexibly to relieve a network congestion problem in the Internet of vehicles.

Abstract: A service control method for a machine type communications (MTC) device and a related apparatus, where the method includes receiving, by an access-network network element, a paging request message from a core-network network element, wherein the paging request message carries device type indication information of a paged user equipment (UE), determining a device type of the UE according to the device type indication information of the UE, and paging the UE using a dedicated paging resource allocated to an MTC device when the UE is the MTC device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling packet access, a network side device, a terminal device and a communication system. The method includes: generating an access trigger message, where the access trigger message carries a temporary mobile group identity TMGI allocated to a user equipment UE; and sending the access trigger message to packet trigger an access operation of the UE for the TMGI. In the embodiments of the present invention, the group identity TMGI already existing in an MBMS can be used as the group identity of packet triggering UE access, and the access trigger message carrying the TMGI can be correspondingly generated and sent so as to trigger an access operation of the UE belonging to the TMGI, thereby implementing the function of the packet triggering user access.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for transmitting data are included in a wireless network. The apparatus for transmitting data in a wireless network receives a status data packet sent by an upper layer, where the status data packet includes status information of the transmit end in a current status; discards, when there is a cached previous-status data packet, the previous-status data packet and caches the status data packet, where the previous-status data packet includes status information of the transmit end in a previous status; and sends the status data packet to a receive end when obtaining a sending resource, where the previous-status data packet and the status data packet have a same feature. In this way, a data packet delay is reduced; and in an application scenario of the Internet of Vehicles, timely data exchange between vehicles is ensured, and vehicle driving safety is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for multiple users cooperative communication. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: acquiring, by a core network node, information about MUCC capability identifiers of at least two UEs, where the MUCC capability identifiers are used to identify MUCC capabilities of the UEs; and sending, by the core network node, the information about the MUCC capability identifier of the at least two UEs to a radio access network node, to enable the radio access network node to select, according to the capability identifiers of the UEs, a UE having a supporting capability of the MUCC capability and a UE having a benefited capability of the MUCC capability, so that the UE having a supporting capability supports, in MUCC communication, a bearer of the UE having a benefited capability.

Abstract: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a user equipment pairing processing method, a network side device, and a user equipment. The method includes: acquiring, by a network side device, pairing request information of a beneficial user equipment and a candidate support user equipment that are to be paired; and implementing, by the network side device, pairing of the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment according to the pairing request information, and sending a pairing success message to the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment. In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, user pairing in cooperative communication is implemented.

Abstract: A method for transmitting a message, a UE and a network side device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a message reported by a first user equipment UE, where the first UE is a UE in a preset UE group; identifying the message, reported by the first UE, as an emergency message when the message carries a message identifier of the emergency message; and delivering the emergency message to another UE except the first UE in the preset UE group. After identifying a reported emergency message, a network side may immediately deliver the emergency message to each UE. Because the emergency message does not need to be uploaded to a CN and a server of a management center through the network side for delivering, a transmission delay of the emergency message is reduced, which improves a speed that the UE obtains the emergency message.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.
