Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a user equipment pairing processing method, a network side device, and a user equipment. The method includes: acquiring, by a network side device, pairing request information of a beneficial user equipment and a candidate support user equipment that are to be paired; and implementing, by the network side device, pairing of the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment according to the pairing request information, and sending a pairing success message to the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment. In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, user pairing in cooperative communication is implemented.

Abstract: A method for transmitting a message, a UE and a network side device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a message reported by a first user equipment UE, where the first UE is a UE in a preset UE group; identifying the message, reported by the first UE, as an emergency message when the message carries a message identifier of the emergency message; and delivering the emergency message to another UE except the first UE in the preset UE group. After identifying a reported emergency message, a network side may immediately deliver the emergency message to each UE. Because the emergency message does not need to be uploaded to a CN and a server of a management center through the network side for delivering, a transmission delay of the emergency message is reduced, which improves a speed that the UE obtains the emergency message.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.

Abstract: A method and device for accessing and obtaining user equipment (UE) context and UE identity are provided. The method for access includes: when a UE accesses a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) network, judging, by a network node, whether a Globally Unique Mobility Management Entity Identifier (GUMMEI) carried by the UE or a Mobility Management Entity Group Identity (MMEGI) in the GUMMEI is allocated or mapped by the SAE network; if the GUMMEI or MMEGI is allocated by the SAE network, selecting, by the network node, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) according to the GUMMEIA network device includes an identity attribute obtaining module and a network resource node allocation module. Therefore, the access of the UE is achieved.

Abstract: A service control method for a machine type communications (MTC) device and a related apparatus are provided. The method includes receiving, by an access-network network element, a paging request message from a core-network network element, wherein the paging request message carries device type indication information of a paged user equipment (UE); determining a device type of the UE according to the device type indication information of the UE; and if the UE is an MTC device, performing the following service operations: paging the UE by using a dedicated paging resource allocated to an MTC device, or determining whether the UE is an MTC device allowed to be accessed in a service control policy, and paging the UE if the UE is an MTC device allowed to be accessed in a service control policy, or determining not to page the UE, and sending a paging reject message to the core-network network element.

The method includes, when determining that downlink data to be sent to UE exists and that the UE is in a power saving mode, recording an event that the downlink data to be sent to the UE exists when the user equipment (UE) is in a power saving mode; and sending, when receiving a tracking area update (TAU) request initiated by the UE, an indication message to the UE, where the indication message is used to indicate that the downlink data to be sent to the UE exists when the UE is in a power saving mode so that the UE obtains the downlink data after setting up a data bearer.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a short range communications method, device, and system, and relate to the field of communications, so that a user equipment (UE) can distinguish, on a short range link, a radio bearer corresponding to transmission of data information. Abstract: The present invention discloses a method. In a process of splitting and sending a data packet, after dividing a data packet to be sent to a destination node into multiple sub data packets, a front end node performs inter-packet combination encoding on the sub data packets in a combination encoding mode, and sends obtained encoded sub data packet groups to the destination node. Even if a channel state of a transmission path suddenly deteriorates, because the destination node does not need to wait to receive all encoded sub data packet groups provided that an original data packet can be parsed out by combining content in a received encoded sub data packet group and a corresponding decoding mode, a process in which the destination node receives the data packet is less affected by a sudden network case, and transmission efficiency is not significantly affected.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system information processing method. The method in the present invention includes: receiving a first synchronization signal; and identifying whether configuration information of the first synchronization signal is configured as an indication for a system information change; and if it is identified that the configuration information of the first synchronization signal is configured as the indication for a system information change, receiving broadcast system information; and updating a mapping relationship between a current synchronization signal and the system information according to the first synchronization signal and the received broadcast system information. The embodiments of the present invention may effectively reduce power consumption of UE and implement that the UE may quickly learn that the system information changes in a case of low power consumption.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a broadcast control bandwidth allocation and data transceiving method. The method includes: acquiring location information and channel distribution information that are of current user equipment; preprocessing a time-frequency resource of a channel according to the location information and the channel distribution information that are of the current user equipment; updating bandwidth allocation information according to the preset bandwidth and quantities of each data channel and each control channel and the preset quantities of repetitions corresponding to each data channel and each control channel; and broadcasting broadcast information to the user equipment by using a broadcast channel.

Abstract: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method, a mobility management entity, and a mobile terminal. The method includes: receiving, by a mobility management entity, a small data transmission parameter that is sent by a home subscriber server HSS or a user equipment, where the small data transmission parameter includes an indication of whether the user equipment supports small data transmission; determining, by the mobility management entity, a small data transmission policy according to the small data transmission parameter; sending, by the mobility management entity, the determined small data transmission policy to the user equipment; and performing, by the mobility management entity, the small data transmission with the user equipment according to the small data transmission policy. The present invention proposes a relatively complete small data transmission solution, thereby implementing effective transmission of small data.

Abstract: The present invention provides a downlink data transmission method, base station, and serving gateway on an LTE network. The method includes: learning, by an eNB, that a UE needs to be paged, when an S1 bearer is retained and a radio bearer is released; paging, by the eNB, the UE and re-establishing a radio bearer between the eNB and the UE; and sending, by the eNB, downlink data, which is received from an S-GW, to the UE through the re-established radio bearer. Embodiments of the present invention can ensure correct transmission of downlink data, and avoid data loss.
