    Abstract: A method for monitoring and safety evaluation of a dam body defect of a check dam is provided, including steps of: obtaining multi-source remote sensing data, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) data, ground monitoring data and sensing images through a three-dimensional data network; identifying the sensing images through an R-CNN algorithm and a Fast R-CNN based on the UAV data and check dam body database to determine check dams having defects and types of defects, defect data and position data; performing classification statistics of the check dams having defects according to the types of defects; building a three-dimensional model of the dam body safety evaluation standards for check dams after classification according to the position data and the ground monitoring data; input the defect data in a check dam safety performance evaluation module to obtain simulation data; and completing the evaluation according to the simulation data and the three-dimensional model.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a preparation method for a modified cathode of an MEC-AD system and application of the system with high efficiency and low energy consumption. A NiCo-BDC hydrothermal carbon composite MOF material is designed and used for modifying a cathode, which can remove COD more rapidly compared with traditional AD. A wind energy and light energy complementary power generation device is used for energy supply of the MEC-AD system, and energy consumption is further reduced by setting an intermittent power supply mode. The intermittent power supply achieves higher energy recovery efficiency while obtaining higher performance, can effectively reduce energy consumption of the MEC-AD system, is conducive to more convenient configuration of a power generation and energy supply device using clean energy, and has a good application prospect in reducing COD in organic wastewater with low energy consumption and high efficiency.

The method comprises screening and replacement of signal peptides, ribosome binding sites and promoters. The constructed recombinant plasmid is transformed into a host cell, and the recombinant strain is capable of successfully expressing phospholipase D. The phospholipase D of the present invention has a good phosphatidyl transferring ability, and can be used for synthesizing the product phosphatidylserine with lecithin and L-serine as substrates. The recombinant strain has good stability of enzyme activity and short fermentation period, which lays the foundation for large-scale industrial production.
