The method includes: triggering an uplink resource Scheduling Request (SR), in response to a preset random access trigger condition, triggering a contention based random access request; before completing a contention based random access procedure, in response to a preset random access cancellation condition, cancelling the contention based random access procedure, wherein the preset random access cancellation condition comprises at least detecting valid uplink resource information.

Abstract: A random access method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a radio resource control (RRC) message sent by a base station, the RRC message comprising a power threshold; detecting, by the terminal, a reference signal received power (RSRP) of a current downlink carrier; determining, by the terminal, a first uplink carrier among a plurality of uplink carriers corresponding to the base station according to the RSRP and the power threshold; and transmitting, by the terminal, a random access preamble to the base station using the first uplink carrier. The plurality of uplink carriers comprise a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier and a non-SUL carrier.

Abstract: A method for data packet processing in a data radio bearer (DRB) remapping process includes: in a data transmission process of a target data stream, when it is detected that a DRB remapping event occurs, stopping delivering data packets of the target data stream to an original DRB, and delivering data packets of the target data stream that are not delivered to the original DRB to a target DRB; and when it is detected that data packets of the target data stream that are delivered to the original DRB are completely sent, if the original DRB is configured to operate in a non-transmission feedback determination mode, sending to a receiving terminal a completion indication message for predetermined times by means of the original DRB. A problem that the receiving terminal cannot further deliver a received data packet and thus a data packet delivery process will be indefinitely delayed can therefore be overcome.

Abstract: A method for allocating an uplink resource includes: receiving an uplink (UL) grant sent by a base station; and allocating, based on a transmission profile priority of a logical channel, an uplink resource indicated by the UL grant to the logical channel. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, by allocating the transmission profile priority to the logical channel, the uplink resource that meets the transmission profile priority of the logical channel can be preferentially allocated to the logical channel. Thus, transmission of data on the logical channel can be guaranteed better to meet requirements of communication services.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide measurement processing methods and apparatuses. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for receiving a target downlink signal, and a terminal and a system, wherein same belong to the field of communications and are applied to uplink and downlink transmission of an unlicensed frequency band. The method comprises: a terminal waiting to receive a target downlink signal in a first window; and when the terminal receives, in the first window, an indication sent by an access network device and indicating that a channel has been acquired, starting a second window. Waiting to receive the target downlink signal in the second window can solve the problem of additional power consumption caused by the terminal performing unnecessary monitoring for a long period of time when a base station cannot occupy an unlicensed band.

Abstract: A method for transmitting an RRC message includes: a target buffer report corresponding to a target SRB reported by a terminal is received, where the target SRB is an SRB for transmitting a target RRC message to be transmitted by the terminal; resource configuration is performed for the target SRB according to the target buffer report to acquire a resource configuration result; and the resource configuration result is transmitted to the terminal, so that the terminal determines a target RAN slice corresponding to the target SRB from among a plurality of RAN slices pre-configured for the terminal according to the resource configuration result, and transmits the target RRC message through the target RAN slice. As such, an RRC message may be transmitted through a plurality of RAN slices.

According to embodiments of the disclosure, a service having lower requirements on a BSR transmission delay is ensured, and a MAC PDU containing a BSR can be generated at an uplink transmission opportunity corresponding to a UL grant for the service, so that the BSR is sent to a base station at the uplink transmission opportunity in time, the BSR transmission meets delay requirements of the service, and the good operation of the service is ensured.

The method for stopping an SI request includes: if a first system information block (SIB1) indicates that an SI to be acquired by a UE is not being broadcast, sending an SI request to the base station by means of a first message (MSG1) or a third message (MSG3); during waiting for the base station to return an SI response, if an updated SIB1 is acquired and the updated SIB1 indicates that the requested SI is being broadcast, stopping the SI request procedure. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the SI request can be terminated in advance, thereby reducing wasted UE power consumption and avoiding unnecessary operations.

In the method, the UE obtains a judgment result by determining whether there is data to be transmitted currently, when a radio access network-based location area update (RLAU) is triggered, where the data to be transmitted is one of service data and signaling data. The UE determines a second message based on the judgment result and a first message, where the first message is an original connection resume request message, and the second message carries a cause value requesting for resuming connection. The UE transmits the second message to the base station.
