    Abstract: An order management method applied to an electric vehicle is provided. An order allocation apparatus at a platform obtains information about each commercial vehicle and a location of a safe point. The information about the vehicle includes information about an electric commercial vehicle, for example, a current location and a remaining power of the vehicle. The order allocation apparatus selects a service vehicle for a passenger. When the service vehicle is the electric vehicle, it is ensured that a remaining power of the service vehicle is sufficient to complete a safe driving route, and the safe driving route is a route connecting a current location of the candidate vehicle, a start location, a destination location, and a location of a safe point closest to the destination location. The order allocation apparatus allocates an order to the service vehicle.

RE2O3 powder and Ta2O5 powder having the molar ratio of RE to Ta being 1:1 are weighed, a solvent is added for mixing, and ball milling is performed by a ball mill to obtain mixed powder M; the powder M is dried at a temperature of 650-850° C. for 1.5-2 h to obtain dried powder; the powder is sieved to obtain powder N, the powder N is placed in a mold for first pressing to obtain a rough blank, and the rough blank is then pressed for the second time to obtain a compact blank; the compact blank is sintered to obtain the high-entropy rare earth-toughened tantalate ceramic.

For each pixel group, an electronic device identifies a respective chroma sample and a set of luma samples and determines an anchor luma sample from the set of luma samples. A chroma refinement value is generated based on the set of luma samples by differencing a respective luminance value of each luma sample in the set by an anchor luminance value of the anchor luma sample and applying a cross component filter to the difference luminance values of the set of luma samples. The electronic device then updates the chroma sample using the chroma refinement value for each pixel group and stores the updated respective chroma sample of each pixel group in association with the video frame.
