    Abstract: A lightweight scalable multi-user optical antenna includes a coarse tracking liquid crystal, an optical filter, a beam shrinking system, a fine tracking liquid crystal and a beam splitter which are arranged in sequence and are located on a same central axis; further includes a data analysis and instruction system, a coarse tracking liquid crystal controller, a fine tracking liquid crystal controller, j single-mode optical fibers, and an imaging system and a dichroic coupling system which are respectively arranged in two emergent light paths of the beam splitter; and can be used to receive and transmit the laser beams of j communication targets. When the number of users increases, only sub regions of the coarse tracking liquid crystal and the fine tracking liquid crystal need to be added, and no additional components need to be added, and the lightweight scalable multi-user optical antenna has strong scalability.

The antenna can be configured to receive a laser beam from a communication target and transmit the laser beam to the communication target. The optical antenna realizes the acquisition, tracking and pointing of the space laser beam by cascade connection of two stages of liquid crystal devices. At the same time, the optical antenna has the advantages of fast beam pointing and short response time by utilizing the deflection of the Bi-stable dual-frequency liquid crystals to realize change of high-precision beam pointing.

In some aspects, an embodiment includes receiving input data to a generative pre-trained transformer (GPT)-based trajectory generation model, wherein the input data comprises vector map representations, nearby actor history, and autonomous vehicle (AV) history of an AV; generating map tokens from the vector map representations and generating agent tokens from the nearby actor history and the AV history; inputting a concatenated set of the map tokens and the agent tokens into an encoder transformer of the GPT-based trajectory generation model; outputting, by the encoder transformer, an output embedding that is representative of a scene of the AV; and determining, by a decoder of the GPT-based trajectory generation model, a sequence of AV waypoint predictions for the AV based on the output embedding.

In some instances these ADCs have a rapid onset of action and are potent for prolonged duration as they are very effectively internalized by immune cells in large amounts where they are cleaved releasing large amounts of active steroid payload.

    Abstract: A single molecule detection method based on grating scanning recognition, in which a large number of capture beads are scattered on a bead retaining plate (or a detection chip). At least part of the capture beads are specifically bound with an analyte, and each analyte is bound with a luminescent substance. Grating ports of a grating detection device are used to scan the capture beads column by column from the capture beads arranged at one end. The number of the capture beads bound with a marker is synchronously counted. The capture beads on the whole bead retaining plate are scanned through transverse relative movement between the grating ports and the capture beads. The total number of analytes can be obtained after scanning is completed.
