    Abstract: It relates to a lurasidone solid dispersion and a preparation method, wherein the method comprises melting treatment of a mixture containing lurasidone, a medicinal hot melt carrier, optionally an acidic regulator and plasticizer in order to obtain the solid dispersion described herein, and wherein the lurasidone is provided in a form of free base. The lurasidone solid dispersion obtained by the preparation method according to the example of the invention has the characteristics of high dissolution rate (dissolution rate can reach 30%-70%) in a partial neutral medium (e.g. pH6.0). The bioavailability of lurasidone solid dispersion increased significantly and the food effect of lurasidone solid dispersion prepared from the example decreased remarkably.

Each labeled sample comprises a label indicating whether a corresponding node is an abnormal node. The graphical structure model is configured to iteratively calculate, for at least one node of the plurality of nodes, an embedding vector in a hidden feature space based on an original feature of the least one node and/or a feature of an edge associated with the at least one node. A first embedding vector that corresponds to a to-be-tested sample is calculated using the graphical structure model. Abnormal account prevention and control is performed on the to-be-tested sample based on the first embedding vector.

Comparing the plant EPSPS mutant with E. coli EPSPS, the amino acid sequence of the plant EPSPS mutant has the mutation L195P at position 195 corresponding to E. coli EPSPS and/or the mutation S247G at position 247 corresponding to E. coli EPSPS. The mutation of either of the two sites or the simultaneous mutation of the two sites can confer or improve the resistance of the plant EPSPS mutant to glyphosate. Plants or recombinant bacteria for transforming the plant EPSPS mutant can grow normally in the presence of glyphosate.
