The preset value is determined based on the preset maximum luminance fluctuation of the display panel. In the present application, the luminance fluctuation is adjusted by adjusting the correlation relationship between the capacitance value of the coupling capacitance and the capacitance value of the storage capacitance. Thus, a new capacitance configuration is provided, the panel can be adjusted at a capacitance level, and a better display effect is provided.

In the pixel drive circuit, a voltage-stabilization transistor is arranged, and the voltage-stabilization transistor is provided with two control ends, each of the two control ends forms a voltage-stabilization capacitor with the active layer, thereby a new capacitor is added on the basis of the original parasitic capacitor. The new capacitor has a relatively large capacitance value. The potential variation at the control end of the drive transistor depends on the parasitic capacitor of the drive transistor, the storage capacitor at the control end of the drive transistor, and the capacitance value of the new capacitor, when the capacitive coupling effect occurs, the voltage at the control end of the drive transistor can be jointly maintained by the above three capacitors, thereby improving the effect of voltage stabilization.

    Abstract: A pixel drive circuit, in which a second voltage-stabilization circuitry is configured that assists in maintaining the potential of the control end of the drive transistor during a transition from a compensation-and-writing phase to the light-emitting phase and in a light-emitting phase. During the transition from the compensation phase to the light-emitting phase, due to a decrease of the voltage output from the first voltage-stabilization circuitry, the node voltage between the first and second voltage-stabilization circuitries will be pulled down first. By providing the second voltage-stabilization circuitry, an influence on the node voltage at the control end of the drive transistor caused due to the voltage variation at the nodes between the two circuitries will be greatly reduced, the leakage current of the two circuitries connected in series is smaller than the leakage current of the one single first voltage-stabilization circuitry in the light-emitting phase.
