    Abstract: A vehicle domain multi-level parallel buffering and context-based streaming data pre-processing system includes a first data processing level and a second data processing level. The first data processing level includes a first-level buffer configured to buffer data provided from a plurality of raw data streams output from a plurality of vehicles. The second data processing level includes an electronic task-queue-dictionary (TQD) module and a plurality of second-level data processing buffers. The TQD module is configured to create a plurality of tasks in response to receiving a serial data stream output from the first-level buffer. The TQD module is further configured to assign each task to a corresponding second-level buffer, and separate the serial data stream into individual data values that are delivered to a specific second-level buffer based on the task so as to generate a multi-level parallel context-based buffering operation.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides D flip-flops and signal driving methods using D flip-flops thereof. An exemplary D flip-flop includes a pulse signal generating circuit configured to input a first clock signal, a first data signal, a second data signal and a third data signal and generate a clock pulse signal. The clock pulse signal responds a rising-edge and a falling-edge of the first clock signal. The pulse clock signal is a pulse signal when the first data signal is opposite to the second data signal. The D flip-flop also includes a latching circuit configured to sample and transfer the first data signal and a data signal opposite to the first data signal to be used as the second signal and a fourth data signal respectively when the clock signal is at the high level.

A polysilicon pattern layer is disposed on the substrate. A gate insulation layer covers the polysilicon pattern layer. The photoresist pattern layer includes a hollow portion corresponding to a heavily doping region of the polysilicon pattern layer, a first photoresist portion corresponding to a lightly doping region of the polysilicon pattern layer, and a second photoresist portion corresponding to an undoped region of the polysilicon pattern layer. The first photoresist portion is thinner than the second photoresist portion. A doping device is used for performing one doping process to the polysilicon pattern layer such that the heavily doping region and the lightly doping region are formed simultaneously.

    Abstract: An apparatus includes a first circuit board including first components including a load, and a second circuit board including second components including switching power devices and an output inductor. Ground and output voltage contacts between the circuit boards are made through soldered or connectorized interfaces. Certain components on the first circuit board and certain components, including the output inductor, on the second circuit board act as a DC-DC voltage converter for the load. An output capacitance for the conversion is on the first circuit board with no board-to-board interface between the output capacitance and the load. The inductance of the board-to-board interface functions as part of the output inductor's inductance and not as a parasitic inductance. Sense components for sensing current through the output inductor are located on the first circuit board. Parasitic inductance of the board-to-board interface has less effect on a sense signal provided to a controller.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a method that identifies GPS shifting fields for road segments, the GPS shifting fields including areas around the road segments that include false GPS readings of objects that traveled on the road segments. The GPS shifting fields can be revised with a road segment attribute and/or at a driver preference. The road map network can be partitioned into space units, where the road map network can include at least two GPS readings of the object. For each space unit that includes a road segment, a probability that the object was located on the road segment can be calculated for each road segment based on the GPS readings of the object and the GPS shifting fields. The trajectory of the object can be determined based on the computing of the probabilities.

The polymer has high rigidity and hardness, thus the mechanical properties of the polymer is effectively improved. Meanwhile, in the polymer, the carboxyl group is used as a main functional group, and is used as a carrier to prepare, by means of a coordination reaction between the carboxyl group and a heavy metal, a supported metal catalyst which has better connection stability between the metal and the polymer. The above two factors can improve the stability of the supported metal catalyst, such that the catalyst can be recycled without losing the catalytic activity. Meanwhile, loss of a heavy metal active ingredient and production cost can be reduced.

    Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing method of a low temperature polysilicon thin film transistor, including: providing a substrate; forming a buffer layer on the substrate; simultaneously forming a polysilicon layer and a photoresist layer on the buffer layer; implanting ions into a source region and a drain region; removing the photoresist layer; forming an insulating layer on the polysilicon layer; forming a gate electrode on the insulating layer; and forming a passivation layer on the insulating layer. The passivation layer covers the gate electrode. The invention can only use one time of mask process and one time of ion implantation process to complete the manufacturing processing of the polysilicon layer, the manufacturing process can be simplified and therefore the cost of process is reduced and the productivity is improved.
