    Abstract: A system and method of a tilt-column electron beam imaging system is disclosed. The system may include an imaging sub-system. The imaging sub-system may further include a plurality of tilt-illumination columns, where a respective tilt-illumination column is configured to receive a respective beamlet from a respective electron beam source. For the system and method, a first tilt axis of a first tilt-illumination column may be orientated along a first angle and at least one additional tilt axis of at least one additional tilt-illumination column may be orientated along at least one additional angle different from the first angle, where each of the plurality of beam lets pass through a first common crossover volume.

The convolutional neural network technology is used to speculate the cell type composition proportion of a tissue from single-cell RNA sequencing data. Compared with a traditional cell deconvolution algorithm, the predicting method of cell deconvolution based on a convolutional neural network overcomes the defects that the traditional cell deconvolution algorithm needs to carry out complex data preprocessing and needs to design a mathematical algorithm to standardize the single-cell sequencing data. According to the convolutional neural network designed by the present disclosure, hidden features can be extracted from the single-cell RNA sequencing data, network nodes have very high robustness to noise and errors of the data, and internal relations among various genes are fully mined, so that the cell deconvolution performance is improved.

The supported catalyst introduces Mo and CeO2 into Ni and Cu active components. In addition, the cost of the catalyst can be reduced, a process condition is relatively mild, and the disadvantage of low reaction activity of a nickel-based catalyst in synthesizing small molecule polyether amine can be overcome, such that the supported catalyst has a desirable industrial application prospect.

    Abstract: Provided are a system and a method for preparing a polyether amine by catalytic amination of a polyether diol. The preparation method includes: filling a catalyst into the fixed bed reactor; pressurizing the internal pressure of the fixed bed reactor to 10˜13 MPa by a hydrogen gas, and raising the temperature of the fixed bed reactor to 150˜185° C.; adjusting the temperature of the multi-stage preheater so that the feeding temperature of a raw material reaches 125˜135° C.; and simultaneously feeding a polyether diol, liquid ammonia and the hydrogen gas into the multi-stage preheater, and after mixing and preheating, introducing into the fixed bed reactor from the feed inlet of the fixed bed reactor for a continuous catalytic amination reaction. The total amine value of the polyether amine finally obtained by the present invention reaches 28˜32 mgKOH/g, the color reaches 10˜20, and it is colorless transparent liquid.
