    Abstract: An optical characterization system utilizing a micro-lens array (MLA) is provided. The system may include an electron source and a MLA including a micro-deflection array (MDA). The MDA may include an insulator substrate and a plurality of hexapole electrostatic deflectors disposed on the insulator substrate. The MDA may further include a plurality of voltage connecting lines configured to electrically couple the plurality of hexapole electrostatic deflectors to one or more voltage sources. The MDA may be configured to split a primary electron beam from the electron source into a plurality of primary electron beamlets. The system may be configured to focus the plurality of primary electron beamlets at a wafer plane.

    Abstract: A Volume Bragg grating (VBG) is placed in the back of a collimating lens, the incident angle between exposure light beam and the Volume Bragg grating is equal to the Bragg angle of the Volume Bragg grating. A photodetector is placed in the ?1 grade transmission diffraction light path of the Volume Bragg grating which the exposure light beam is emitted to. The pinhole filter is moved back and forth along an optical axis and the reading of the photodetector is observed in real time. When the reading of the photodetector is maximum, fix the pinhole filter and keep the distance between the first pinhole filter and the first collimating lens a constant. The method for adjusting the self-collimation optical path is provided, using the Volume Bragg grating to detect the parallelism of self-collimation light and substituting for a traditional Moire pattern adjustment method.

The broached groove is an arc surface with three sections of different radiuses, which solves stress concentration and sticking of a single-groove and short-tail rivet during riveting, and allows a claw of a riveting machine to be engaged to the best position automatically. The tooth profile of a locking groove section of the rivet is a curve combining an arc and a straight line, which greatly improves fastening force.
