    Abstract: A method of determining status of health (SOH) of an ultra-capacitor cell stack having a plurality of ultra-capacitor cells. The method includes measuring a parameter of each of the plurality of ultra-capacitor cells and measuring a temperature associated with each of the ultra-capacitor cells. The parameter measured with respect to each of the plurality of ultra-capacitor cells is converted to a nominal parameter based on the measured temperature. The SOH of the UCM cell stack is calculated based on the nominal parameters associated with each of the plurality of ultra-capacitor cells.

The methods comprise irradiating the layer of dust with an electron beam, such that the electron beam irradiates a particle thereby inducing said particle to emit a plurality of secondary electrons; wherein at least a portion of the plurality of secondary electrons impinge two or more neighboring particles to thereby generate a secondary charge on the two or more neighboring particles, wherein the secondary charge on the two or more neighboring particles creates an electrostatic repulsive force between said particles, wherein the electrostatic repulsive force is sufficient to eject said particles from the surface.

It enables the interchange of filter passband and stopband in two modes, achieving reconfigurable output in both high-frequency and low-frequency bands, along with low loss in the passband and effective image signal rejection in the stopband, thereby realizing hardware reuse.     Abstract: A preparation method of a dual-anion catalyst, and a use of the dual-anion catalyst in catalytic degradation of a polyurethane material are provided. The preparation method includes: dissolving a metal salt in deionized water to produce a metal salt solution; adding a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound with hydroxyl or amino as a substrate to a reactor, adding the metal salt solution dropwise to the reactor, and conducting condensation reflux at 60° C. to 150° C. for 1 h to 8 h; adding an amine compound dropwise, and conducting a reaction; after the reaction is completed, conducting vacuum filtration to produce a filtrate; and subjecting the filtrate to evaporation, and oven-drying a resulting product to produce the dual-anion catalyst. A recovered polyol obtained through the degradation with the catalyst exhibits basically the same fundamental physical properties such as hydroxyl value, amine value, and viscosity to a virgin polyol.
