    Abstract: A groundwater level elevation measurement method is provided. A permeable cylinder is drilled at a measurement site to ensure that groundwater enters the permeable cylinder. A water inlet of an aqueduct extends below the liquid level in the cylinder, and a drainage outlet thereof is led to the ground. A stable drainage flow rate is detected, and a water level elevation at the water inlet is calculated according to the formula. An optimization method is to detect the flow rate after a stable negative pressure is introduced, and then calculate the water level elevation at the water inlet. According to the groundwater storage monitoring and measurement system of the present invention, a matrix of water level monitoring sites is laid out, groundwater level elevations at all sites and related data are measured and collected, and water storage characteristic data of a groundwater measurement space is constructed.

    Abstract: A transistor assembly with gate current shunting capability includes first field effect transistor (FET), a first pull-up current source, a first pull-down current source, a first switching device, a control circuit, a capacitor, and a second FET. The first FET is an N-channel FET including a first gate, a first drain, and a first source. The first drain is electrically coupled to a first power supply. Each of the pull-up current source and the pull-down current source is electrically coupled to the first gate. The first switching device is electrically coupled in series with the first pull-down current source and is controlled by a first control signal. The control circuit is at least partially powered by a second power supply and generates the first control signal. The capacitor and the second FET collectively shunt current away from the first gate during a pre-power operating state of the transistor assembly.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, and specifically discloses a method for removing oxygenated compounds from a Fischer-Tropsch oil having a high carbon number. A reaction-extraction combined process is used in this method for removing oxygenated compounds from a Fischer-Tropsch oil having a high carbon number, wherein the Fischer-Tropsch oil (C5-C20) is firstly subjected to alkaline washing with an alkaline aqueous solution to convert acidic substances into water-soluble salts. The Fischer-Tropsch oil is subjected to a primary extraction with a carbonate-based extractant to remove alcohols and esters therein, and subsequently subjected to a secondary extraction with propylene carbonate to remove ketones and aldehydes impurities therein, thereby removing oxygenated compounds in the Fischer-Tropsch oil. After extraction, the content of the oxygenated compounds in the Fischer-Tropsch oil may be down to 1-60 ppm, and the yield of oil product may be kept 90% or more.
